OMG, there was just the right amount of chewiness that screamed freshly made and not doughy like those made from pre-packaged frozen dough. It has been decades since I have eaten a bagel that took me back to my days in Greenwich Village to the Potbelly Bagel Cafe on Christopher St. NYC. Amy and Michelle make an amazing team, along with Sarah who assisted with our party. I worked with Amy from start to finish and she couldn’t have been more helpful in planning my daughter’s special day. The food was beyond delicious. Everything made fresh, to the point that you could smell the brunch and cookies baking. I wish I took pictures because the food displays were beautiful. Between the food, venue and service, everything was top notch!“
