“My husband and I chose Blawenburg Bistro as our caterer for our wedding in July 2026, and we couldn’t have made a better choice!

We worked with Jenn throughout the entire process, and she was nothing short of amazing. She made everything feel so smooth and stress-free, and her attention to detail was incredible. She was also incredibly accommodating to our guests with food allergies, making sure everyone had delicious options and felt included and cared for.

And the food… INCREDIBLE! Every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Our guests truly felt spoiled, and we received so many compliments about the food. Everyone left happy, satisfied, and with very full stomachs!

Our server, Anna took it all in stride. She was friendly and very efficient. Appreciated her cheerfulness and patience. Food was delicious and the cocktails, I’m told were refreshing. The entire property was absolutely perfect, and the beauty of Unionville speaks for itself. You can truly see how much love, care, and pride goes into maintaining every part of the property.

I intentionally kept the personalized decorations and details for our wedding to a minimum because I wanted our guests to fully enjoy the natural beauty of Unionville. It was the perfect setting, and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.

My husband and I truly felt like we became part of the Unionville family throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for all the memories we made and for everyone who helped make our day so special.

Their chicken noodle soup is to die for, their breakfast sandwich’s and cold subs are delicious and made in front of you. Curtis remembers my order better than me some days it seems. Their custom salads home cut fresh fruit and homemade bread that doesn’t go soggy even if you save the sandwich for a day in the fridge, have all stood out compared to other surrounding sandwich spots or delis. Lisa’s is truly the best deli in the area for miles and nothing will ever compare to it or their extreme customer service!
