“Delicious!! Freshly made chips and tortillas. Had the fajita and rice and beans were even delicious. Spouse had the combo chimichanga, burrito and enchilada and it was enough to feed 3 people! Delicious. Friendly and attentive staff. Don't hesitate- just go and enjoy!“
“We have frequented Woody's for years. However, this experience was not as great as usual. To start our waitress seemed not to like us for some reason. Her demeaner with us was stoic while jovial with other tables. Secondly, they made changes to the menu that I don't care for, like the guacamole on the blackened chicken tacos. Just add Baja sauce. Also, the salad lack today's salad expectations. For one, the dressings are thick and processed. They need to be fresh prepared in house. Also, bring back the old recipe for the drunken clams. It was the best around and we've tried many. It's all there at Woody's for a nice casual meal. It just needs to be rejuvenated.“
“Wow, the food was fantastic, prepared to perfection with quality fresh ingredients, the Poblano Molé was amazing, as was the lime cake for dessert, Michael who was taking care of us for dinner was attentive, personable and welcoming. Best in “
“I really loved everything about Oaxaca by the Sea. The service was great and the food was delicious and plentiful. I'm salivating at the thought of finishing up part two tonight as we left with a huge doggie bag.Thank you for a great dining experience. I'm looking forward to coming back again soon with family and friends.“
“This is the most authentic Mexican restaurant I have ever found. Food is excellent and the service is superb. And the prices no one can beat. Rueben and the staff are top notch. Our whole family was blessed and God gave us a great experienceYou must go“
“This was an amazing experience!Thank you so much Jessica.!!!! She provided great service, amazing authentic food and had the best Mexican music playing. I will definitely be coming here all year long. Thank you so much Elray restaurant. ❤️“
“Our family has been to this place many times and we do enjoy it. The ambience is just perfect, feels like you are on vacation. Fajita is my favorite dish, usually take mixed fajita (beef, shrimp and chicken), which is served on a sizzling hot skillet along with grilled onions and peppers. The meat and vegetables are served with warm tortillas, guacamole, beans, rice, sour cream, and salsa. Delightful.“
“This morning I went in after my workout to get a breakfast burrito and WOW was it fantastic. The hot sauce is hot and delicious! The burrito had some great spices and I loved it! I will definitely be back. Was filling as well!Cost after tax: $15.80“
“At the spur of the moment, we decided to stop for food while we're shopping out here. This is a great little spot.I had the quesa-birria tacos and my better half went for the warm chicken salad in the taco shell. We really enjoyed it. Similar to west coast style birria, but the soupita/consomme had a bit cilantro in it (I love cilantro) and not overly salty as they tend to be. Crunchy taco shell (corn option available) melted cheese and dipping that taco in the soupita, dam!Better half loved her salad and was a little upset she couldn't eat it all (nice sized portions, though not oversized). She stole the leftover soupita for the salad (she loved it too).If this sounds good and you're nearby, then this may be a place for you to check out. Love spreading the word on good little spots.“
“This place is a gem. Wonderful, fresh food that tasted homemade and was presented beautifully. We stopped in on our way out of town, just looking for a bite, and we felt so fortunate to happen upon this place. We ordered a chicken torta and a burrito, and both were excellent. The woman who served us was kind and welcoming.“
“Yo. I am writing this review the morning after having a Luna Verde FEAST. (It was the first thing I thought about this morning.)The food was so delicious! Thoughtfully prepared, beautiful(!), and such generous portions. There’s a quesadilla in my fridge that has caused some arguments as to who will consume, but such is expected when dealing with delicious leftovers. So, so good.“
“Had dinner here Saturday night. Don't know why it wasn't busier as the food was excellent! We had fajitas and tacos and loved every bite! So much food for not a high price. Neither of us was able to finish our dinner as they give you so much food. The only complaint I had, which might have been corrected if I asked, was they only gave 3 tortilla shells with the fajitas. Will definitely be back when in the area.“
“Though no one was answering the phone there to see if it was open, we ventured on a Wednesday night around 630 before a show at the Count Basie. Walked in and a less than handful of folks at the small bar. No one at the tables. I had to trust the Yelp reviews. Two people seemed to be working, and I believe one was manager and chef. Menu was nice and service was attentive and friendly. The guac was very generous and very good. The entrees had a lot going on on the plate. Fish, rice, corn, salad, veggies, Brussel sprouts, asparagus. A very large serving plate. Could tell care went into the food presentation. Will definitely be back. This is a hidden gem that deserves a spotlight.“
“Good food. Friendly staff. Very enjoyable.Update: I live around the corner and frequently eat here. The food is always very good.I don't understand why El Rey seems empty when the restaurants next door are busy. I've eaten at both of the restaurants next door and the food was mediocre at best. Very confusing.“
“The birria tacos are incredible. This might be a weird comparison, but the meat reminds me of my mom’s pot roast with Mexican flavors. It comes with a yummy “au jus” that just makes it melt in your mouth. The rice and beans, as well as the guacamole and fresh chips, round out a perfect meal. The prices can’t be beat for the quality. I want to try other items on the menu, but have not been able to stray from the birria tacos just yet.“
“Everything we tried was lovely! The coxhinas were the most exceptional item we ordered - so complex and balanced. I could not get enough of the ajo verde! The escabeche was also superb. The pickling liquid was drinkable. I wish you sold it in bulk so I could take a quart home!“
“Wonderful family run restaurant. The food was delicious. We started with guacamole that was so flavorful. The Columbia empanadas. Yum. For entrees ceviche which was fresh, lomo de saltado, quesadilla, and burrito so good. Highly recommend if you are in the area.“
“I love this place! Really cute atmosphere if you want to eat in, but I usually order take out. Everything I've had from here has been great ?. Some of my favorites are the pulled chicken chimichangas and carnitas tacos. Today I tried the tacos al pastor... Holy Cow they were good! Everything is so fresh. They just launched online ordering, which is really nice. I might have to go back tomorrow! Try it out and let me know what you think“
“Great food and service. Was there again last night, messed up my order and I ate it before thinking about it. They offered to make the right order for me to take togo, I liked what I ate and said don't worry about. They took it off the bill and gave us a free dessert. Again great service and food.“

“I found Felicita on my way home on google map. I had a personal pizza with sausage & peppers. Other than the fact that the dough tasted very salty it was the best sausage & peppers pizza ever! I want to try the Tamale on weekend soon. Maybe cut back on salt in the batter mix?“
“Excellent Mexican food -- best in the area. Restaurant is byob with other solid drink options. Wait staff is great -- I noticed they'll sometimes wait a while to visit after your meal, to ask about desserts/check. But you can flag someone down easily. If ordering take out, give them an extra 15-20 minutes. My order has never been ready on time. But always delicious.“
“This is one of the best Mexican restaurants we’ve been to so far.The food, decor and people are as authentic as they can possibly be.The food is always fresh, we typically go there for an evening meal, but tried their breakfast the other day and were blown away yet again.Highly recommended if you’re craving Mexican.BYOB your own liquor of choice to mix with their tea.“
“Walked by one morning on our way to Offshore, checked out the menu, the tacos caught our attention, specifically the Baja Fish and Tulum Shrimp tacos, a couple of our favorites. Decided to come back for lunch the next day. We ordered the aforementioned tacos. Server was nice, brought our drinks fairly quickly along with some tortilla chips... but no salsa. Had to go inside and request it later. Salsa has good flavor, they have a green and red, mild to medium spice. Tacos arrived, they looked great, nice presentation... but the shrimp was seriously lacking in flavor. My wife and I have had shrimp tacos in Tulum and these weren't even close. Plus only 2 medium-sized bland shrimp in each taco. The Baja Fish taco had decent flavored sauce on it. The tortillas were not warmed or grilled or anything on either tacos.“
“The kid was craving Mexican food so we searched Yelp and found that this place has good reviews. The photos of the food looked good. We decided to try it. There is no parking lot for this place. There is a Municipal parking lot about one block over behind the post office. We lucked out as there was street parking directly in front of the restaurant. We ordered agua de Jamaica. Huge glass for $4.95. I would guess that it's 16-20 ounces. Gigantic. Well priced. We ordered guacamole which was good too. They didn't give us any salsa for the table like they do at other Mexican joints. For our mains, we ordered their mixed fajitas with shrimp chicken and beef. It was about $21 and it was a huge dish. It's not the usually fajitas that I've had at other places. Theirs comes in a delicious sauce which we thoroughly enjoyed. It was a generous portion and the flavors were on point. We recommend it. Our other dish was the El Rinconcito which came with grilled items: pork cutlets, beef, chicken, shrimps cactus, Spanish cheese rice and beans. It was an alright eight. We prefer the saucy fajita dish more. We def plan to go back. Next time, we are going to order their molcajete which is listed at $34.95 so I assume it'll be a huge dish for two based on the price. From the owners description, it Comes with all kinds of meats steak chicken shrimp pork sausage. I'm trying my best not to go back two days in a row but I may swing by for Lunch later. Good is good as is service. Good came out quick and she asked a few times whether we needed anything else. I believe they give some sort of cash discount or charge to use credit card because she asked how I was paying. They add an auto tip of 15% which I didn't mind. Gave her a few bucks more. All in all, it was a good meal. Appears to be a small mom and pop store and I'm happy to support local small business. It helps that the food is delicious too.“
“This is a family run business. Everyone is warm and friendly. Service was fast and great. They offer great specials weekly. Food is cooked in less oil than you traditional Chinese restaurants. There is a restroom for customers only which is very clean. You can find parking on the right side of the building.“
“The idea of being able to pick from five different types of cuisine all under one roof is so cool. Not only that, but the quality of the food itself was top-notch, Dean (the owner) is super friendly and helpful, and the prices are totally fair. I seriously can’t wait to come here again. (Their boba is phenomenal too)“
“Today's Visit, March 28th, 2023Unable to pin ? our current location on Facebook, but Google Maps can, for First Breakfast on the return to Medic Unit #1201 for the start of the 8 week rotation. The Atlantic Bagel Company has a spot just across from the Train Station.Today's sandwich was a Bacon, Egg, Cheese, Jalapeno Peppers on a toasted Hard Roll with SPK...It definitely was delicious and a more reasonable price than one of my sandwiches during the last 2 shift's on Medic Unit #1201...This was a good start on the shift with a uninterrupted meal!!!“
“We went to a football experience. They had a football special menu. Mixed Titos for 5 bucks. So we consumed eight on the rocks. Only to find out that on the rocks is full price. This is not properly explained anywhere. Not even from the two bartenders. Who were very nice, but did not help the situation one bit. Thanks a bunch.“
“My wife and I were attending a comedy show across the street, and we wanted to grab a bite before the show. The ambiance is very cozy as it's a small restaurant. The service was fast and attentive. You can tell it's a mom and pop restaurant, and it was in the flavor of the food. Everything was tasty. I won't drive 90 minutes to come back, but if I'm in the area, I'll definitely come back.“
“(Translated by Google) First time here. I liked the Sopes. They were made by hand and arrived at my table hot. They were delicious.(Original)Primera vez aqui. Me gustaron los Sopes. Fueron hecho a manos y llegaron a mi mesita calientes. Estaban Ricos.“
“First time ordering. Ordered online. 3 out 4 sandwiches were on point. The other one we were not happy with. There was no option to add or remove ingredients. The picture of the sandwich had lettuce tomato and onion on it and that’s what we wanted. When the food arrived that one sandwich was dry. No lettuce tomato onion or mayo. Update the online services to customize the deli sandwiches and I’ll give 5 stars. Cuban panini was on point “
“Had dinner here last night for the first time after hearing great reviews of the place for years. We were a party of 4 couples. Tino himself kept an eye on us and made sure we were well served. Large portions, beautiful outdoor dining area, excellent service, and incredible value.“
“Absolutely awesome Mexican food. I had the chicken mole and it was delicious, very reminiscent of what I ate on vacation in Mexico. The other guests got the chicken tacos and all were very satisfied. Apparently was recently renovated. Was very clean. Food was hot and prompt.“
“Came here for lunch on a Saturday around 2pm and was a little busy but several seats open. Staff is super friendly and the interior is clean. Didn't have to wait long for the food to arrive at the table.Ordered the beef taco and shrimp tacos. Loved the flavor combination and the beef and shrimp were fresh. The beef and shrimp were a bit too sweet in my opinion but that's if I'm nit picking.I will say for the price per taco, there could be a bit more shrimp and beef. Comparable Mexican tacos come cheaper and with more protein filling. I think to be more competitive, they could do better in that aspect.I also ordered the hotteok with vanilla ice cream and it's phenomenal. Easily one of the best desserts I've had. Absolutely love the texture and flavor combination. The ice cream they use is also amazing. Will absolutely order this every time I come back.“
“We were on a road trip and stumbled upon this mexican restaurant, people are smiling, I love the mexican flavor here, the food is fresh, they serve me fresh cactus with my steak, i like the freshness, the appetizer and crispy nacho. They have a parking at the back. I hope to come backParking: At the back of the restaurant“
“Goodquality Mexican food. Shrimp Diablo was quite tasty! Place was relatively busy but not hectic. Food is freshly prepared. Complimentary chips and salsa are the perfect accompaniment. Service was nice. The bakery display looked delicious. Will have to swing by for some pastries.“
“Have had this place multiple times. Boneless wings were very good. Usually get a burrito or bowl either Nashville hot or ghost pepper. I would suggest this place has an alternative for Qdoba Chipotle or moes. Good food is reasonably priced.“
“I've been a regular here for years now. For the most part, this has been the safest choice we make because the food rarely disappoints. I haven't been in since COVID, only getting delivery and pickup monthly to weekly. They're not perfect but it's always innocent stuff. This is a place I recommend to anyone moving to the area.“
“Tacoholics is awesome place to go- a must try⭐️⭐️MENU - is awesome - extremely customizable you can get anything however you want it. Tons of options. prices are very reasonable- lots of daily deals⭐️FOOD - is really good. Shrimp tacos ? General Taos sauce on the crispy chicken ?Sauces ? guacamole ?⭐️⭐️SERVICE - AMAZING service at this location. The make the orders correctly. They treat all the customers well. They do well in heavy rush situations. These guys are definitely NOT lazy. Great staff - great guys!!“
“Small and family owned but i would be the first to invest in them ! They are always friendly and the prices are reasonable! I would highly recommend ordering their fresh tacos !Vegetarian options: fresh vegetables usedKid-friendliness: healthy ingredients“
“I’ve been going to Tropico for many years, and it has always been an incredible experience. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The food is absolutely delicious with generous portions, great flavor, and fair prices. You can tell they put a lot of love and care into their dishes, making it feel like a home cooked meal every time. I have been to other authentic Mexican restaurants closer to my home, but none quite compare to Tropico. I will certainly make the drive here for their top tier quality. Thank you Tropico for many years of great food and service! This restaurant is truly valued in the community.“
“AMAZING!!! Only way to describe it from start to finish! There was a bit of an issue with the printed menu and the online menu. It appears the printed menu is a little out of date and some of the items are not on the website. Perhaps they will either update one or the other.Aside from that, there was a bit of a language barrier when ordering over the phone but nothing horrible. The food was as authentic as you can possibly get. The burritos were flavorful and big. Everything was delicious!!!I would heavily recommend this restaurant.“
“Food is great, staff is friendly and welcoming. Love this place I enjoy the seafood soup. But all the food here is delicious and they give you plenty of it.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is a ramp not just steps which makes it easier for people in the world chair.“
“Haven't been here for awhile. The lady prefers the flautas at Taco Stop in South Amboy. I don't recommend that place. Los Corrales IS SO MUCH BETTER! Best Al Pastor I've had in NJ. The burrito is chock full of al pastor, with grilled onions/red peppers and Oaxacan Cheese.$14 included the burrito with Mexican rice and black beans and a bottle of Coke. Excellent deal. There are 3 really good Mexican Restaurants in Keyport. This one is the best of the three! Homemade tortillas ftw!“
“This place is the best authentic Mexican place I've ever been to. They are so kind and give you such a good deal for what you get. I only paid about $17.50 for a drink and my three tacos. They also give you free home made corn chips Every time you eat in. If they don't have the self serve sauces available they will give it to you in containers. I've been here with my boyfriend so many times and it never disappoints me. The food is always high quality. The pink building and colorful environment is different but very authentic. They won't even let you clean up after yourself if the owner is there.“
“This restaurant is so delicious it’s gonna make you feel so happy and your taste buds are gonna appreciate you. Is the best Mexican food around, this restaurant is so welcoming it fills me up with joy. Thanks to Axel for explaining well the menu to me, there dishes are made with so much love. Don’t let me get started with their desserts, I got the churros and OMG they were so fresh and tasted soo good.“
“Shrimp in mole sauce is delicious. Just spicy enough to make it interesting. A medley of spices blended together in a thick, dark sauce. I find it addictive. Chili rellenos stuffed with cheese then battered and fried. The batter is light and completely non-greasy. I get them covered in a tangy, fresh verde sauce that I have been ordering for years. The entrees come with rice and beans. Sometimes it is juicy black beans and sometimes creamy refried pinto beans. The service is always, prompt, polite and friendly. We mainly get take out these days because hubby picks it up on his way home from work. The orders are always complete and ready when expected.“
“Galindos is one of my favorite local places in Long Branch to order food. Me and my buddy always order take out from them and get the burritos. I personally get chicken on mine, but there are a lot of options. Very large portion sizes and great quality, and the prices are great! Also recommend the horchata!“
“We were out shopping and decided to grab lunch before heading home. We had our 8 month old son with us and had asked if we could get him some chicken. The owner said absolutely and even cut it up in small pieces for us. He didn’t charge us for the chicken either which was unbelievably nice. Food was great and our little bud enjoyed his chicken tooo! Thank you!“
