“This is the best IHOP in the area. Consistently good food, attentive and friendly service, and the place is always very clean. On a recent mid-afternoon, our group ordered a combination of pancakes, burgers and entrees. Everything was delicious and our server Andres was attentive, polite and fast. It's nice to have a restaurant that's dependable and doesn't charge a fortune for basic, simple food. We'll be back!!“

“Glad they didn't switch to burgers. There was a ham and cheese omelet with a short stack on the side for $7. Great value. When else do you bring home leftovers on a $7 meal. I haven't seen value like that in ages. Granted, the soda was $4, but all in all a better value than most offer and the food tastes good.“

“We where staying in Seaside Heights looking for a place to get breakfast and found Patti’s Kitchen and it was absolutely fantastic! There was a long wait but the woman was very honest about how long the wait was and the food was mostly definitely worth the wait. My daughter got the Lemon Avocado Toast and said it was the best she has ever had! Overall great staff, great service, and great food! We will most definitely be back again.“

“Super huge bagels! They are actually too big for me, big meaning height . But - I get the "flagel" which is a flat bagel and it's perfect. They are very generous with the cream cheese and a large variety of cream cheese flavors. I would definitely go back .“
