“I ordered for the first time here. I ordered a bowl with grilled chicken. The bowl was missing the chicken. The website sent the order to the store missing the grilled chicken so definitely not the fault of the store. When I came back they showed me the slip confirming that the mistake was on the end of the website. They were super nice about it and just added the grilled chicken to the bowl for me. Both people working there were helpful and nice.“

“we got two entrees and an app. the chips were forgotten and there was a wait but very understandable with being grand opening around dinner time hours. birria was phenomenal IMO. Queso was very smooth with a nice spice . the pineapple salsa was very tasty. a lot of promise with this company . would def order again“

“We typically really enjoy the food at bubbakoos, however it tends to be a hit or miss if the staff remembers to give us everything we paid for. This last to-go/pickup order the server barely put any barbacoa or rice in my husband's taco salad bowl and we didn't know until we got home. My bowl was correct and tasted good as usual. We recommend going inside to place your order to make sure everything is correct.“

“First time trying this place. Wife was in the mood for burritos but ended up getting the shrimp bowl which she loved with sweet chili sauce. I got the Silly Philly burrito with jalapeño and mango habanero sauce. Taste was excellent and plenty of beef.

My only gripe is how it was rolled. Not your typical tuck in the sides and roll but completely different to make a shorter fatter burrito. The sad part with this technique is that it makes for an inconsistent mashing of ingredients. When you bite into it, it’s not uniform and I got a whole bunch of rice first and in the end, all beef. I don’t know who came up with that style obviously never tried eating it or doesn’t care about consistency of a bite

My advice is ask for the traditional roll and you will have a much better tasting uniform burrito.“
