You order your food they give you a tage number and they bring your food to you.
Honestly, this was one of the most frustrating McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. While I was ordering at the kiosk, a manager came out from behind the counter with a cart of food for the outside orders. One of the drinks fell off the cart and almost hit me. She literally laughed about it, and because I felt bad, I actually picked the cup up for her. She didn’t say thank you, apologize for almost hitting me, or even acknowledge me… she just kept walking....read full review
There is a worker there who is training to be the manager of the store, but I have to tell you that she filled up our food and left it sitting on the counter for somebody else to take it out. We were at curbside if she is applying to be manager maybe you guys need to think twice before hiring Kayla as a manager because to me she doesn’t sound like the manager I want working at that store
