Little slow getting service, but looked shorthanded and not very energetic crew.
This is by far the slowest Wendy’s branch I’ve visited. The wait time was much longer than expected, and the overall service was inefficient. Management should take a closer look at the staff’s work ethic and workflow to improve the customer experience. I hope they can make the necessary changes.
The food was as good as expected, but it took a bit longer than usual for our order to be ready.
