I am only holding back from giving 5 star on atmosphere because I can't promote the Graffiti of Tony Soprano with a cigarette burning in the hand. The visual is not cool to me. Takes away from a family touch that it could have been. Also lacking recycling options. Sad to see so many soda bottles getting trashed.“

“I saw this restaurant on uber eats about a year ago. I have ordered from this restaurant several times at work via uber eats or door dash. Additionally, I realized a few months later that your restaurant is less than 5 min from where I live. I continually order and I refer this place to many people. Anytime I call the order in and have to pick it up, the service is great.
Today I ate inside for the first time and as always the food was delicious. Our waiter, Don was fantastic!
I will continue to order from here and I will refer the restaurant to others!!“

“I’ve been looking for a Neapolitan pizza place for a bit and I just happened to see one in my own neighborhood! The pizza was incredible. The dough was perfect and the toppings complemented eachother really well. Staff was so warm and welcoming. It’s a cute little spot and feels cozy and comfortable inside. Will be coming back! Also always a bonus when the staff is respectful of my service dog!“

“If you are looking for GOOD NY style pizza, you need to try Nonno's. There are many pizzerias in the Clifton / Nutley area, but in my opinion the pizza here is one of the best I have had. Sauce is favourable. Cheese is good quality unlike some places where they fall off the moment you pick up the slice. Service is super friendly and accommodating. “Going to the Hot Tuna concert last night at the Wellmont with my son and stopped in for pizza before the show. The pizza was out of this world! Great crust, toppings were all quality and the staff was great. The owner Joe was friendly and place was going.“

Steak was cooked medium rare, tender, and delicious, and the mushrooms were bursting with flavor. Waitress Ersa gave us great recommendations and was professional and courteous. “My husband and I was craving some good authentic pizza and let me just say this place DID NOT disappoint. The owner and everyone that worked there was super nice which made me love it even more. I wanted my husband who’s from Baltimore to try zeppole, he’s never heard of it and for me, growing up in Bk and Staten Island it was one of my childhood favs. They didn’t have any made when I asked about it which was fine but while I was in conversation with their delivery driver the owner came out with some. He actually went out of his way to make me some zeppole, and it was delicious and extremely nostalgic for me. He has no idea how that made my day and brought back so many memories to me. Their food is delicious, atmosphere warm and friendly. I recommend this place and we will be back.“

“Tried Mario’s Pizza & Pasta in Saddle Brook for the first time and I’ll definitely be coming back! The food was outstanding, the staff went above and beyond, and the menu has so many options that I can’t wait to explore more.

The chicken cutlet wrap and lomo steak sandwich were absolutely incredible - highly recommend both. And whatever you do, don’t forget to ask for the green sauce, it takes everything to another level!

Already looking forward to my next visit. Mario’s is a gem, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone in the area.“

“My son has food allergies and as soon as we started inquiring about ingredients, the associate called for their designated allergy handler. Before we even got into his specific allergies, she wiped down the prep area, changed her gloves and showed us their allergy binder. She prepped everything right in front of us and chose ingredients from under the counter as to avoid cross contamination. Bravo, Jiya! When casually talking with the owner, he mentioned having friends with food allergies so he definitely understood the severity of being diligent with prep. We were so impressed by the process, we ate here twice on our trip. And yes - the pizza was quite delicious!“

We tried the momma's meatballs and the mushroom ricotta deep dish by the slice. It was covered in fresh dollops of ricotta and fresh basil pesto.

“Great food, friendly people“

“First time visiting this gem after roaming the area for a good slice. I had them heat up a cheese, famous Giuseppe, and pepperoni slices. All were extremely delicious, thin, and crispy. Just the way I like it. I’m not quite sure what the crust from their special pies are but I LOVE it. The undercarriage is like a thin focaccia style bread. I sat down on the patio as well which kept me nice and cool throughout the experience. Oh and I got a complimentary drink for dining in!

Most importantly, Mr Jack Calandra served me (and my dog with two slices of raw pepperoni) and he was nothing but amazing to say the least. We got to chat a bit and he gave me quick story of how this spot and its specials pies.

“Hi, just wanted to say. How great this place is. I ordered on Satuday. They forgot to add my 2 chicken empanadas to my pick up oder. I called and left a message but they were closed. I called on Monday spoke to Stepanie and she was very apologetic. She suggested i pick them up. Which I did. Long story short. They replaced it with 4 empanadas. Great customer service. Empanadas are delicious. Recommend highly..Many blessings for their business.. Will order again...“
