“If you haven’t already been to Turtle Beans, I would highly recommend stopping in! The “ Specialty Coffee Roasters “ truly speaks for itself as the coffee and the service / atmosphere here is special in itself. This past weekend, on Saturday my church had an event where they had Turtle Beans come out to be a barista for the event itself. I ended up getting the caramel iced latte and it truly was the best iced latte I have personally had. It was so good that it drove me to go immediately after Sunday service to their shop right on Farnsworth Ave in Bordentown to get the same coffee! They have so many hand crafted coffee options to choose from cold or hot, as well as hand crafted seasonals to try and choose from! They import and roast their own specialty coffee beans from multiple coffee producing countries around the world making every sip a truly unique experience! They also have different varieties of teas and pastries sourced from local bakeries! Steven and Linda are so very welcoming and genuinely amazing people, they have made the atmosphere for their shop as welcoming as they are. Keep making amazing coffee and specialty’s Turtle Beans, you are both rocking it! “*edit* I went back to Evermore and had a much better experience! The staff was very friendly and informative. I will return! Wow! What an incredibly lackluster experience. The barista was moving at a snail's pace and talked very low so I couldn't hear the few words she said to me. When I told her I had never been there before she just replied, "Oh." I expected a little more friendly response, maybe welcome me and offer up some info about the business or coffee? When my drinks were ready she put them at the end of the counter with no lids and didn't tell me where I could find them, knowing I'd never been there and wouldn't know. The shop itself is very cool and I'd like to hang out there, but I don't think I'll be returning due to the mediocre service and coffee that was not great, just ok. My whole experience can be summed up by "meh" which is a shame because I'd much rather support local than a big chain, but this isn't the place for me.“
