“I have to give it to this place, it does not look like much sitting inside Fantasy Island Amusement Park in Beach Haven LBI, however with the expanded seating area and some pretty cool menu items like ribbon chips drizzled with bacon and sour cream and cheese and pulled pork sliders, it really hits the spot! “You have to try the ranch fries they come with potato wedges but no get them with regular fries. To much potato with the wedges and takes the other flavors away with just potato. Food is amazing especially the scallops wrapped in bacon, and the seafood bisque. Been coming here for years and will continue with many more years.“

“We attended a small 50th Birthday party at Fred and Ethels with 12 in our party. We were told there was a 45 min wait. We were seated in about 20 min. The server was excellent. The food, especially the Bang Shrimp Tacos were Banging! It's a little far from me but I'd go there every week if I could. Can't wait for my next meal there. I'd definitely recommend Fred and Ethels. Parking can be found even on the weekends.“

However, just recently we went to the chegg out in marlton and we had such a great meal that we decided to give the one on the island another shot. So glad we did. I was there again this past weekend with my daughter and we ordered the filet mignon and it was amazing!!!! Luke was our waiter on Saturday and he was excellent!!! Potstickers were great as well!!! When my daughter, grandson, girlfriend and others come down Element is certainly our go to place!!! Thank you everyone from the friendly greeting when you arrive to the amazing waiters and waitresses to the chefs and beyond! This restaurant runs like a “Swiss Watch” well done!!!“

“My wife said she though the California wrap was delicious. She has never said that before about take out food. My chicken tacos and the kids food, pizza and a hamburger was great. I thought it was a bit expensive, but not worried about that if they keep the quality as it was. Everyone ate everything. Fresh and not greasy. Good job.“

“We learned that this restaurant recently changed owners so we wanted to check it out. We were pleasantly surprised by the nice upgrades (white tablecloths, new menus, quality flatware, and beautiful decor) they made to enhance the experience.

Our server, Alexa, was very polite, informative and attentive. Raul, the previous owner remained on staff to run the day-to-day operations as well as prepare the fabulous meals. The food was delicious with generous portions. The value is outstanding! The new owner even stopped by our table to solicit feedback and even thanked us for our patronage (RARE these days)!

Finally, everything was CLEAN...no sticky menus, salt/pepper shakers, or food/trash on the floor.
