Double meat patties cooked perfectly, heap if crispy fried onions, 2 thick fresh tomato slices, fresh chopped lettuce and a heap if blue cheese. The fries are addicting, I had to stop myself from eating them so I could take a bite of my burger, lol. Other places would charge $15.00 or more for a burger this big but it was only $10.00 and bogo, which my wife unfortunately did not take advantage of, I most likely would have have had it for breakfast the next day. Burger n fries 10/10, delivery 7/10, it was starting to get cold, the restaurant is 10 minutes from my house.“

I am so happy we were able to provide such high quality and creative food, but also, to have had the opportunity to just enjoy the party while the Kate and Ally staff handled it all from set up to clean up! “I have to give it to this place, it does not look like much sitting inside Fantasy Island Amusement Park in Beach Haven LBI, however with the expanded seating area and some pretty cool menu items like ribbon chips drizzled with bacon and sour cream and cheese and pulled pork sliders, it really hits the spot! I was pleasantly surprised how good it was and how clean the seating area is as well. Staff is really friendly as well. Make it a point to grab something to eat here while visiting!“

The ambiance and charm of the restaurant with its meticulous attention to detail translates to understated elegance. Our server, Cathy, was so warm and unshakable on a rather busy evening. The room managers strolled throughout the room making sure that every person was seen and noticed. “My husband and I went to Dune 18 last night for restaurant week and it was fantastic! The food is incredible and the staff is so friendly. We personally love the PEI mussels in the white wine garlic sauce and the shrimp tempura. I tried the spinach salad last night and it was delicious, the dressing is made in house and is so yummy. We tried the chocolate mousse cake & carrot cake last night, both of which were so tasty but the chocolate mousse cake was the best mousse cake I’ve ever had… Can’t wait to come back again soon!“

“Black Eyed Susans is one of our absolute favorite restaurants on LBI, and it keeps us coming back every time we’re on the island.

One of the best things to come out of COVID was the addition of the outdoor patio. We love sitting outside, especially on a beautiful summer evening. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and perfectly captures the spirit of LBI.

The service is always exceptional. The staff is friendly, attentive, and consistently makes us feel like valued guests.

If you’re a wine lover, don’t miss Wine Wednesdays. Half-price bottles make an already great wine list even better. The selection is excellent, the pricing is fair, and it adds tremendous value to an already outstanding dining experience.

I also have to give a shoutout to their mini martinis. I have no idea why more restaurants don’t offer them. They’re the perfect size, let you try different cocktails throughout the meal, and make for a fun dining experience.

As for the food, I’ve tried just about everything on the menu and have never had a bad dish. The sourdough bread is fantastic, and my wife, who considers herself a true french fry connoisseur, swears they are the best french fries in the United States.

When you combine the quality of the food, the outstanding service, the wine program, the mini martinis, and the atmosphere, Black Eyed Susans delivers an incredible experience at a very fair price. It’s a place we look forward to visiting every time we’re back on LBI.“

“We went to the chegg many years ago, a few times, and we weren't really impressed. However, just recently we went to the chegg out in marlton and we had such a great meal that we decided to give the one on the island another shot. So glad we did.
