“We have been coming for brunch for years and have always had a great meal with exceptional service. We prefer to sit at the bar. The high tops in the bar area have stools with no backs to them, which are not comfortable to us. Bartenders are always so nice and provide excellent service. This week, we tried the kimchi fried rice, pretzel bites, and hot wings. The kimchi rice had a nice spice to it with a runny fried egg on top. For $10 you get a huge bowl of crispy pretzel bites with everything but the bagel seasoning on top. Their wings are not breaded, but crispy and meaty with the perfect amount of sauce. All of our food came out hot and quickly. There are a few gluten free and vegetarian options on the menu. We have tried the chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, and burger on previous trips and have loved all of them. There is a separate dining area away from the bar, which can be noisy. “This was our second time at Max's Seafood and we really enjoyed our food both times. Delicious Oysters. The Chilean Sea Bass was so yummy the first time, I got it again. It did not disappoint! We tried dessert this time and the Creme Brulee and Key Lime Pie hit the spot. The Key Lime Pie had pistachios in the graham cracker crust. A very nice surprise ?? Also, you can order a bottle of wine here and it will not break the bank. Check it out! I highly recommend it.“

“We went for drinks and snacks. I got an AMAZING Lemon Dream Martini and my hubs got a Manhattan Mule. Both very tasty. For food, we got a cheese plate (such good cheeses!) And an app combo that had lobster *stuffed* ravioli (they were fat ravilois!), eggplant stuffed with ricotta and spinach, and shrimp wrapped in pancetta. We were full. “Went for the first time last Friday, it was packed! However finding seats were no problem. The the food was GREAT (crab bites?, chips, fries?, fried cod fish??, garlic parm chicken, and a cheeseburger) I really WISH THEY HAD BIGGER CRAB BITES and/or CRAB CAKES!!!!
