Do not recommend. Also check prices since large signs indicating a specific price were not honored.“

“I was rushing around yesterday before my doctors appointment and I knew I still had grocery shopping to do afterwards so my ads where all over the couch my car had broke down and just ordered a part online with my credit card and I have a leak in my roof so I was making one more attempt at trying to get someone to fix it now I see the clock and notice I’m running late grab my stuff my papers stuff them in my purse and go I stopped at dunkin and wanted an IceteadLemonade drink for my road trip I get to the window and as he’s opening the little window with my drink that looks so mouth watering and refreshing by the way, I go to find my wallet to pay and I can’t find it now I’m freaking out why can’t I find my wallet and the gentleman is so kind and helpful he’s like well can you use our app to pay im like what’s that?? lol now he looks confused at me lol then he says can you pay with your phone at all I said im nooo can my phone do that? No mine can’t I only have checks im late for the doctors he said ok it’s ok here take it and you come back and pay me later I was like really? Cause most places these days just give you a disgusted look and take the order back and shut the window in your face and diffidently aren’t nice to you about it He said we are open till 10pm go to your doctors and whatever we’ll be here till 10 well I almost cried, I did and I ran home found my wallet on the couch grabbed it and went right to dunkin another guy was at the window but knew who I was and was shocked I came back and that I came back so quickly. How could you not show him the respect after he showed you the kindness and trust especially to a stranger. I give that dunkin employee whom ever your name is many many thank you’s and dunkin for hiring you. I always do try and pay it forward maybe that was my day 😊“

“I go to this Dunkin every morning before work and they are always friendly and helpful. Kalpita and the rest of the crew are awesome. I order on the app and it is always ready when I get there. When my schedule changed the app was showing that they were closed so I mentioned it to them and they had it fixed right away and I was able to order the next morning - at 5:30 am I NEED my Dunkin coffee!!“

“The man who is there every morning ( I wish I knew his name) is one of the nicest people. He knows his customers, he is polite and even when busy still treats everyone the same. He has patience with his staff if they dont understand how to do something. I am a frequent flier there and I have never seen a indifferent or sour side to him. Place is always clean and organized.“

“The employees are so kind and helpful. When I came in with my stockpile of coupons, they took their time to make sure my order got credited for every promotion. As we were about to leave, one of the employees gave us two Munchkins for my restless toddler.The owner was their that day. He was also super nice, and respectful of the employees.I am more of a mom/pop coffee shop kind of person, but I love coming in here as a destination for my walks in the neighborhood! “The two young girls that work there are fantastic! I only get a medium frozen coffee once in a while. I am diabetic and always ask for just a drop of mocha or not even half a pump. You would be surprised to know how many I have gotten at other stores that were so sweet that I couldn't drink them.
The girls are an asset to your company. Not only personable but amazingly attentively. They keep the store clean also!

“Went to the drive through, and received someone else’s coffee order. By the time i realized it i had already left. When i came back to request my order (i offered to pay for a new coffee) the girl inside immediately recognized that she gave me the wrong order and right away not only apologized but remade my drink perfectly with no additional charge. I always such a better experience here than berlin. Love this place ❤️“

“I recently visited Dunkin' Donuts and it’s very mediocre. Don’t bother after 12, your order will be wrong, it’s like the hire people and just tell them to walk in and figure it out in the afternoon. It’s very up and down, but my expectations are low and it’s the closest Dunkin to my house. The coffee was good. The staff is pretty nice and generally accommodating. It’s a pretty normal Dunkin Donuts.“
