Dunkin' Donuts in Union

“This is one of my favorite locations. The staff are really nice and friendly and even the customers are friendly. They usually make the order correctly. They seem to carry varieties of donuts that other locations don't have. l am actually really impressed they have stirs that are wrapped. I don't know any Dunkin' Donuts that gives you stirrers. I have just two minor issues. It can get a little busy and I think that they need more seating. If they take out one of the kiosks they can fit more seats. Perhaps remove one of the lounge chairs and coffee tables and install bench seating? The restroom isn't as clean as it should be. It's usually lacking toilet paper and soap. I know it can get very busy so they really need to dedicate somebody to cleaning. I remember they used to have one person always cleaning inside and the parking lot. I don't see that person anymore and it's starting to be reflected in the cleanliness of the restaurant. But overall it is really an amazing location.“

“I have been going to this dunkn for about 3 yrs now. There service is truly amazing. They work super hard for their money. They are friendly while still maintaining a professional attitude. I bypass 3 Dunkin donuts ( with a drive thru) just because of their service. I never worry about my drinks or food order being messed up. They have not once in 3 yrs ever messed up my order. Their store is always clean. I've seen them deal with customers attitudes and it makes me feel so bad for them because every employee in there is so humble. The customer is NOT always right but it truly is the law they live by to maintain their jobs. It would be nice to see them get a raise at some point. Their tip cup is never full and it doesn't make sense to me because they deserve so much for the service they provide to us. I also want to add that I am disabled and I choose this Dunkin that doesn't have a drive thru because of their great customer service and fresh food. Other Dunkins around me are dirty with employees that don't value their customers and don't deserve their jobs. This place and its employees are completely under rated! Shame on their boss if they haven't showed them appreciation with bonuses or higher pays. LEAVE A TIP FOR YOUR SERVER!! THEY DESERVE IT!!“

Dunkin’ Donuts continues to be a solid go-to for a quick coffee and breakfast fix. The iced coffee is consistently good — strong, smooth, and customizable just the way I like it. Their donuts are always fresh in the mornings, and I especially love the Boston Kreme and glazed. I like their refreshers too. With lemonade

The service is usually fast, even during the morning rush, and mobile ordering through the app makes it even more convenient., overall, it’s a dependable spot when you’re on the go. Service slightly slow sometimes . Not too pricey . Nice restroom facilities . Parking is ok. In the street !
