“Love this place, been there 3 times. The lady server is always very accommodating and sweet to my son and us. Food is always tasty and fresh. My son loves the food here. Is a small place but thats the charm.

“Great food and friendly staff :) two things as a heads up - 1) there is a cash discount of 3.99%, and 2) the seating is a bit limited (two side tables with 2 seats each side by side and one large table that seats 4) so it's more of a pick up and go place but if it isn't too busy it was clean and chill. Menu on the website is up to date but they also have paper menus by the register. We got a bunch of rolls but I think the favorite was the tiger roll 🐯“

“By far one of the best Korean Japanese restaurants. I’ve been ordering from Sea Shai since 2021/22 & the consistency of the food and customer service is always amazing! The flavor of the food is spectacular. I travel to Sea Shai to pick up my order because it is several neighborhoods away, totally worth the drive. The food is priced fairly for the portion and flavors you are receiving. Highly recommend trying this restaurant out. I cannot get enough of the Bulgogi with white rice platter, A M A Z I N G!

“Wonderful Japanese restaurant in the heart of downtown Cranford! Staff are courteous, attentive, and very accommodating. I especially appreciate the options of separate checks and allowing external cakes to be brought in for special occasions. Other places charge or don’t offer them at all, which is why I will continue to give Mizu my business. The sushi is absolutely amazing. The calamari or tuna avocado rolls are delightful. Dinner entrees never disappoint. Tempura, Teriyaki, and Crispy Red Snapper are incredible, just to name a few. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back. BYOB.“

Regardless, Mr. Bin's is our "go-to" sushi place. We routinely travel from Union to Cranford because it's that good! The freshness is evident with every bite. “My fiancé and I play this alphabet game where we go A-Z and eat at a different restaurant beginning with each letter that we have never eaten at before. Needless to say, this was our “W.” We drove 45 minutes from North Brunswick and it was so worth it, we were truly satisfied. For appetizer we got; scallops butter yaki, chicken katsu, scallion pancakes, clear soup, miso soup, seaweed salad, and mango prawn salad. We ordered 4 specialty sushi rolls; blue crab fantastic, tropical, jersey, and rainbow dragon. For dessert we got bubble tea which was on the house 😊 we will definitely be back to eat here again! The only negative thing I have to say is that the place was very small inside and not many seats available for dine in as most of their business appears to be take out, but the food and service were so good that it cancels that out. “This is a brand new, recently opened restaurant and wow did they deliver for first impressions. Food was absolutely incredible. The sushi was fresh and made quickly. I had the volcano roll and the Naruto rainbow row, it was beautiful and delicious. Very good quality cuts and tasted fresh Really impressed by their milk tea as well. We got the original and Taro milk tea and it was fantastic. Staff was also very friendly and helpful in deciding what to order. Would definitely be coming back the next time I’m in town!“

BUT the MACKREL was the best, because it was lightly pickled and didnt have the acidity taste to it. the YELLOW TAIL was second best becuase it was soo smooth and melted as i ate it. yummy. there was a second huge dining room to accomadate more people and a second set of bathrooms too.“

“The food is top notch. From the soup to the sushi. Even the ice cream is delicious. What really bothers me though is the service. There is a 90 minute time limit which I get but when you are rushed to get out by an hour that’s not right. Also when you’re hounding tables waiting to literally take a plate because you have nothing else to do that’s a problem. Finally when you’re coming up to tables and asking them for platters back because you don’t have enough supposedly that’s not good either. Last night I was hounded constantly. Twice I had people tell me to move my sushi to my paper plate because they needed the platter. May I suggest buying more platters. Love the food and yes I know I’ll be back but the service was ridiculous in your face. Don’t come here for date night because they don’t leave you alone“

Takoyaki: The takoyaki here has improved and the inside has more squid pieces.

The fat cup: It is still delicious and really filling when you eat it.

The Staff: They are friendly here and very patient when taking the orders.

Green Apple Tea: This is a little too sweet and they could add a little more ice to eat to dilute it a little.

Spam Musubi: This was good except the rice falls apart when you try to take a bite out of it.“

“We tried this place out after seeing it many times over the past couple of years. Since our other place has since closed not far off, we went here and we weren't really disappointed. The egg rolls, we were told are homemade, do seem homemade and are good. The Chinese menu is small but does cover some of the classics enough to find a dish you like. They focus on Sushi there, but not our interest. We've gone a few times now, it's no home run, but no strikes yet. Might be a good to try, if in the area and in an asian fare mood.“

Was pleasantly surprised they had an all-you-can-eat menu at a good price, especially if you're looking to eat more than 25$ worth of sashimi... some of the tempura vegetables were kinda bland and the Rangoons were kinda cold. Definitely enjoyed the sashimi, and the tea was really good. The service was really prompt and attentive. Would go again.“
