“The other day, I was at home and wanted a cup of coffee. I quickly realized that I had various coffees at home that I have accumulated over the years, with all different ways to make them as well as various syrups to complete them to my own standard of perfection. So why search online for a coffee shop? I quickly realized what I was looking for…. I didn’t just want a cup of coffee. I wanted to experience a cup of coffee in a place where I felt at home away from home; an experience so rare but not impossible to create I believed, if only some business were to care and even value creating such an experience for the coffee drinker.I sighed and did a Google search, while resisting the temptation to think that I might be an outdated fool for even thinking such a place might exist. I decided to give this place a try, not abandoning all hope just yet.What I discovered was a place with a high ceiling and big bay windows facing the street. I was greeted with a smile as I approached the counter and felt like I was “seen.” The vibe was a feeling like I had been invited over to a familar stranger’s place to relax and just be. Nothing forced, nothing fake, and nothing artificial. As I enjoyed my delicious cup of coffee I observed that just about every single customer that walked in was greeted by name and even one was greeted by his last name: “Mister” so and so. Wow.A place such as this, is what humanity craves. A place where the perfect environment is created that can help man to reset his interior life in such a way that he can begin to “see again.” This place for me is more than good coffee. The coffee is an excuse to be able to become whole again by unplugging and just being home, in somebody else’s home where hospitality, quiet, and good vibes reign supreme and in a beautiful place. I knew I wasn’t crazy in believing that a place like this should/could exist and I found it. Thank you.“
“The coffee is great and the atmosphere is very uplifting, but when I ask for my kids hot chocolate or for my coffee not to be scalding hot, they do not take notice of my request and I find my drink as scalding hot as before. Would be great if they could fix this small but important issue.“

We had the Brazil this morning and the flavor was medium, not acidic, a little nutty. Greatly appreciate a business that stands up to their products and respects their customers. “small quaint cafe with friendly folks with smiles behind the counter to take your order and bring it to the table if you were to choose to sit indoors to enjoy it. I had a toasted everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, my husband had a veggie omelet and of course our morning coffee. The cafe was just the right thing for us that Saturday morning before starting our errands! Love small local cafes like these. So very best wishes to these folks!“
“First thing, it was sooo refreshing to speak to somebody so knowledgeable about the roasts and flavor profiles. I bought some Brazilian beans . Young man told me the roast was medium and on the darker side of medium. This was great. The beans were dark but once I got home and made a cup I realized the roast was very good. I really appreciated the info given as I get very agitated when workers at roasteries and specialty coffee shops can't answer simple questions about their products. This Brazilian is not the best I've had but is very good and at a great price. Will definitely be back to try some more roasts for sure. Love an informed workforce. Nice variety of single origin and blends also.“
“Got the opportunity on this beautiful fall day to step inside and see what it's like. It is quite big inside. I love the ambiance of big open space to sit and get work done while sipping a cup of coffee. There was a couple of groups there and music was playing but still the noise level was bearable. Not loud at all. The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable in telling me what were the ingredients in the dishes I was considering. I settled on the turkey croissant with a house salad and a coffee. When the person brought me my food, I noticed that the coffee had been spilling in the carry tray. A bit surprising as it must have been filled to the brim. In any case, the coffee was good, hot but wished it could be hotter. The sandwich and salad was tasty yet could use a bit more of the house sauce to give it some oomff. I would visit here again.“
“This review is specifically for the bakery - This has become my family's go-to for birthday cakes. The staff working in this section are very accommodating and they always have delicious cakes to choose from. This trip I purchased a 5" chocolate mousse cake for my hubby's birthday. When he got his first bite from the cake, his immediate "MMmm!!! It's good!" said everything!! He definitely enjoyed it and he's rather critical about food LOL ... Check them out next time you stop by Whole Foods! Also, their macarons (which wasn't in stock at this visit) is what we usually pick up for nice treat“
