“I ordered catering for my birthday event last weekend and the food was amazing! I’ve been a true fan of this restaurant ever since I’ve moved up to Bloomfield a few years ago and I always bring my friends and family to this restaurant. Whether it’s Brunch or dinner, the food never disappoints! Hence why I thought it was a good idea to ask for them to cater for my bday! Anthony and his team were very accommodating and brought out the rest of trays as the previous ones started emptying out which I greatly appreciated due to the lack of space we were given at the venue. We ordered the chicken empanadas, beef empanadas, broccoli rabe, mixed greens salad, Mac and cheese, chicken parm, eggplant parm, pasta vodka, meatballs and potato croquettes. All dishes were excellent and everyone was excited to pack the leftovers home as well! I also ordered catering from here back in February for my galentines party and the food was also a success during that time. I know I can count on them for providing exemplary food as well as service. Thank you, Anthony and his team for making my birthday memorable!“

“Great meal and overall time here! Our server was super nice and friendly/helpful he really guided us through the menu and gave some great suggestions. The restaurant itself is super nice and cozy while being spacious, but oh man the food is unreal. We had the meatballs (so big and flavorful and smothered in sauce), the mushroom pizza which was loaded with mushrooms, super flavorful and unique. Also got the vodka pizza which was really great, we got extra vodka sauce on the side so we could really drown it and loved it. My friend got the gluten free and she said it's the first gluten free bread she's had that actually tastes like real bread and loved it.“

“Really impressed! We asked Stuff by SJ to make a custom cake for a pizza-themed birthday party. Working with them (Drew) was super easy and stress free. They were helpful, responsive, well priced and even delivered our cake to the restaurant ahead of the party. Everyone complimented the design and taste of the cake so it was a big hit. “I am glad I saw their delivery van when I was driving by. I did a Uturn and hoped I stumbled on a yummy bakery. This place is gem. Small space for dining in so I decided to order a cappuccino and almond croissant to go and drive to a nearby park. I also got a container of their poppyseed hamantaschen cookies. Everything was top notch and delicious. Service was quick and friendly. First authentic croissant I have had in recent memory. I really appreciate that the baked goods were flavorful and not sugary. Perfect.“

“Cannot recommend this place enough! I have been a vegan for over 8 years and live for baked goods. When I went I ordered the sausage egg and cheese biscuit, the flavors were great it was hot and the cheese was perfectly melty with a to die for biscuit. As my sweet I ordered the cannoli and on the first bite I wanted to cry. The shell was perfectly flaky and crisp, with a creamy, fluffy, and a bit tangy (in the best way possible) filling. The workers despite it being very busy inside were so kind and sweet! My only complaint is to my self and that I don't live closer!! The next time I'm in the area I will definitely be stopping in.“

“My wife and I walked into LK for the first time and the hostess greeted us and said "sit anywhere you'd like".....what restaurant ever says that, we were hooked right away. We both shared a caesar salad, it was delicious. My wife ordered pasta with sausage. That too was delicious, I had the pasta with cherry tomatoes and crab meat, absolutely delicious. When our order came, we immediately got fresh pepper and before I could even ask for fresh cheese, a gentleman was waiting behind me with the cheese. I love Italian food but OMG what Silvio, the owner, did with special salad, its addiction! My husband doesn’t eat salads but he was soo impressed , he told me at the end, we need to come more often just to have salad in particular. I ordered Spagetti Carbonara, the best one I’ve ever had in my life! My husband LOVED desert and espresso with ice cream, I finished with cappuccino which btw was absolutely incredible! “I ordered a pull a part cupcake cake, number 9, Fortnite themed for my son's birthday. The entire experience was so easy from start to finish. From the convenient user-friendly website ordering system, payment system, and seamless correspondence with Polkadot Cake Shop, I knew I was working with a true pro. I sent a picture of what I envisioned and got exactly that and even better. I've never had any service where I have provided a picture and gotten the EXACT results! Just blown away. The ingredients of the cupcakes were top notch as well, tasted so good, my guests were commenting how it was the best cupcake frosting they have ever tasted. And the 'icing on the cake' was that we received a premium custom-made cake at a reasonable price! “This is one of my mom's favorite places for coffee. Everything I've tried at Liv Breads is delicious. All the croissants are amazing, but the nutella croissant is ridiculously good. The sandwiches are all fresh, healthy, and satisfying. The coffee is excellent. I love the samples you can try as you wait in line. Had to purchase the cardamon bun after tasting the sample. It is a unique pastry I haven't seen elsewhere, and it is the perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and crunchy. Going back soon to try the baguette which looks delicious.“

“Don't get me wrong, I love this place, and will probably be back. Last night however, I had a problem with my dish. It was special and when asked for the price was quoted one thing and then the bill came in it was $6 more. When asked, the waiter got no clear response, the dish itself was overdone, maybe that's why overcharge was noticed. Other than that, the food was amazing. Never had better cheese cake in my life, just melts away in your mouth.“

“This is such a cute bakery! They have a perfect array of cookies, cupcakes, scones, and other goodies! I've tried the scones, royal frosted cookies, and now the lemon loaf (GF) and have loved them all. It does tend to be busy but the staff is friendly and moves you on through. There is limited outdoor seating nearby so plan to bring your goodies outside or to the car. Prices are not listed for pastries and it isn't cheap - but I say worth it!“

“Tried this place after searching for some of the best croissants. You can walk down church with your eyes closed and the smell will guide you right inside. The gentleman who greeted us was super friendly and welcoming. We got a couple plain croissants and an almond croissant just because it looked delicious. We got to work on the almond croissant the minute we walked out of the door. I've never been to France but I can't imagine almond croissants getting much better than this. Wonderful texture and a delicious flavor. The plain croissants were also on point. That almond one was the star though. I'll be back for more of those and definitely to try some other goodies. It's funny that an Italian Restaurant is actually closed "Every Sunday" when that is the biggest day for Italians and everyone else to go out for macaroni dinner. I'll come back, just not on a Sunday, haha. I'd give them 5 stars if they were open Sundays.. That's just weird. Everyone needs a day off but perhaps take a weekday off instead or rotate Sundays on and off? I'm not the only one who wonders why they close every Sunday..“

You walk in and aside from the squad of friendly workers at both main counters you'll first encounter the amazing breads (and treats). All the shapes, styles and sizes your carb-loving heart desires will be found on one of these racks. Expertly made... dense, sturdy, flavorful, with a mighty crust (that'll give your Fixodent a workout!). Take a few steps towards the 'back' and now you're at the deli and it's overflowing with options. Each item looks bewitching and alluring and before you can even finish saying, "A pound of..." - somehow it's already sliced and bagged and the guy is waiting on the next item you need. (Maybe it's that luscious square of eggplant parm that they've intentionally left "posed" on top of the spatula or the Italian hot dog platter or that mountain of sauteed broccoli rabe that you know it's going to have that perfect 'bite'.) And as soon as you get home you immediately start crafting what's to be a most perfect sandwich with their seeded semolina, fresh ball of mootz (so creamy and delectable), and a few other odds-and-ends you snagged. “A coworker gifted me a box of vegan cupcakes and vegan cake truffles for my bday. They were sooo good! The best cake/frosting I’ve had in my life. I recommend the lemon lavender cupcake and the red velvet cake truffle. Will definitely take a trip from the city to visit.“

I had heard of Indian inspired burgers and fried chicken before in Manhattan, so we decided to try this place out.\\n\\nThe place has 1 table by the window, then a bar with some chairs along the counter, and finally an area with several more tables.\\n\\nYou order at the counter, they'll ask your name, so I thought it was self pick-up, but in our case they brought the food to us.\\n\\nWe weren't sure what sauce to use on the chicken wings so we asked about the masala and the walla, as those two sounded the most special/distinct. They let us taste the sauces and we went with the walla, it's super good!\\n\\nThey didn't take long to prepare our lamb burger, beef burger (medium cooked ?) and our chicken wings, along with a side order of fries and a side order of sweet potato tots.\\n\\nThe burgers were delicious, juicy but not too messy, with a very nicely cooked thin patty full of flavor. The fries and tots were both incredible too, couldn't stop eating them! I thought the service was very good in terms of attentiveness. The food we got was flat bread pizza for appetizer, pepperoni with hot honey was delicious. The burger tasted great cooked perfectly when I ordered a medium, presentation was nice as I ordered a salad instead of French fries. Most importantly they had Aqua Pana for water. I couldn’t contain my smile when I saw the extensive gluten free options and heard of the lengths the kitchen goes to ensure allergy safety. I can’t remember the last time I have had so many wonderful options and could order something so easily. “I am a Gluten Free individual that suffers from FOMO. While everyone sits around and enjoys their desserts, I just sit back and watch with a frown on my face. I stumbled upon this place while my daughter was at a nearby piercing establishment. I went in and was greeted by a lovely lady behind the counter. While I was looking at what options were available for me, that lovely lady offered me to sample an item. Never before have I ever been offered a sample of anything Gluten Free. And we all no why that happens. Most of the time the Gluten Free products are horrible; dense, stale, no taste, etc. The item she offered was not good.................it was the best tasting bakery item I have ever had. When I told her that, she offered another item, and another item, and another item. I no longer needed to eat dinner. I was in heaven. I ending up buying three items to take home with me. I shared them with my family members and they agreed that the items was delicious. I will no be a customer for life.......................even so living 50 miles from this bakery.“

The chicken was cooked and seasoned perfectly, the lettuce and tomato were extremely fresh, the bread was also freshly baked! “Freud de Sel is an amazingly dangerous bakery to my waistline and wallet. When I go in, I can’t resist the call of those tantalizing pastries and desserts. Everything that I’ve tried has been wonderful. Their baguette is perfection. All the desserts are works of art. Love that we have such an authentic French bakery in Chatham. Glad it is a bit of a drive from my house to keep me out of trouble. lol.“

“Went here on a Saturday 10:30am morning and was attended to quickly! Place was packed and busy but they had plenty of staff that was quick. It being a Pancake house, i ordered the Nutella pancakes and they were just ok, were good but not "wow amazing" good. Tasted generic if I may say. French toast and waffles i saw on other tables looked better to be honest. Overall was average food but service was quick and no real negatives from this place.“

Two weeks later I called on a Saturday because I didn’t want to take the drive to find out they’re closed. No answer at all. I called several times. If you’re still opened please get it together. “Strolling through town a wanted a little snack to go with my healthy smoothie from earlier. I walked in and was warmly greeted by a cheerful guy. After checking out the menu, I asked him what his favorites were and he made all the tacos sound so delicious. I was kinda of leaning towards a bowl, but after hearing all the taco goodness I grabbed a Cajun shrimp taco to hold me over till later.Turns out the guy I was chatting with was the owner, Todd. Really great to interact with him, super passionate about this place.Service was fast, taco was $6ish, and it was really tasty. I should've grabbed a deal for three, but I'll be back to eat more another day. You should too!“

“Delivery was fast and not delayed from the original time (like most places are now). Got the brick oven personal pizza and garlic knots. Garlic knots were the right texture and taste (can't beat the price either) and pizza was delicious. I've tried a lot of pizza places around the area and this is one of the better ones.“
