“We decided to try something new for dinner, we didn't have a reservation which is recommended on a Friday but they were nice enough to accommodate us. The restaurant was lively, friendly and the service was great they were attentive. I've never had Lebanese food but the server explained the tasting menu. Everything was fresh and good, if you like Mediterranean food I'm certain this place is for you. It was a good gastronomic experience. If you are in Collingwood it's a must try.“

The steak and au poivre sauce were really good, but the frites were absolutely incredible. I can't stop thinking about them. They are reason enough for us to go back again as soon as possible. “Exciting times with friends. Had the opportunity to meet Cindy, the owner. That's always a plus when you're blessed with the presence of the owner. The first dish was the fried shrimp. A crispy taste of heaven. When you can actually taste the shrimp, you know it's great. Then, a circle of joy steamed clams on a plate of greens. Ok, we are greedy. You know I can't go to Vietnamese without the inspirational fried chicken drums. Perfect chicken drums served hot. We preshowed the top off with the beef Pho deluxe. Ohhh, it's BYOB, too, so a great red wine makes it a perfect evening with friends. Cindy slid some tasty fries, but of course, they would go great with short rib. Wait, wait, we needed the bike choy because we were on our carnivore and needed that veggie. To finish it off, we indulge into the salmon. “This is the 5th Vietnamese Pho restaurant we've tried in this area. Every single restaurant claims to be "authentic", Pho Eden is the only Pho I consider authentic that stays true without cutting corners on the broth and brisket. We will definitely be coming here for our pho cravings.“

“I've been meaning to come here since they opened this location, probably close to 6 months now. I finally stopped in right before close and grabbed a 1/2 pint of Shrimp salad and a Mega Crab Cake.I was hoping for a hot crab cake sandwich there, but it's more a Market than a restaurant. No points deducted there though.The shrimp salad was very good. Not 100% perfectly cooked, but not overcooked either. But where it shines is it's really just big - and I mean BIG - pieces of shrimp, light mayo, small cuts of celery for crunch and spices. No filler at all. $10 for a half pint of that stuff by itself is a killer deal. Get a $.65 roll from Del Buonos and slap this shrimp salad on it with maybe a little hot sauce and that's a meal my friend.The crabcake was $13 and change but was a very good size. Mostly crab meat, very thin breadcrumb on the outside only, not much binder or filler. Was very tasty and you definitely know it's a big ol' crabcake.Overall, I'll be back for sure!“
“My husband and I stopped at Francesco's Cucina for dinner on our way home from a doctor's appointment. The food was delicious! We both had the cream of broccoli soup, which I didn't get a photo of. We shared an order of clams casino. I had the Chicken Picante which was served over homemade spaghetti. My husband had the Beef tips special. We shared a piece of lemoncelo Cake for dessert.This was a smaller, "mom and pop" restaurant. Our server was very pleasant. The bus boy was extremely polite. Both were very efficient.“

Washing it down with the Mexican coke for some reason hit the spot, too!“

“Past by this place numerous times and read the reviews. Finally had the opportunity to stop in. This appears to be more of a takeout type place, but they do have a small dining room. They were quick to get us seated and make sure we were comfortable. Very friendly staff. Typical pizza/Italian menu. The soup was tasty as well as the fresh garlic knots. Meatballs were delicious as was the red sauce. I had the baked ziti Bolognese and it was awesome. I will be back to try the pizza and other offerings.“
