Pretzels near Wall, NJ

“This location is in a rest stop on the Garden State Parkway.
I wasn't expecting much, but I was so pleasantly surprised.
My little boy and I were on a long trip and needed something easy to eat. The prices are a bit high so I told my son we'd have to share a pretzel. The man working was incredibly kind and gave us a surprise in our bag- an entire extra pretzel!
I had no idea until we got into the car, and I've been wanting to thank him! I hope he sees this.

“The website does not specify that a pretzel tray order is required 24 hours in advance and this is something that corporate needs to address. However, the two employees that I dealt with on Saturday were excellent and offered to make a small pretzel tray for me since I had a party that afternoon. They reiterated the 24 hour policy, but went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased. The tray was a big hit at my party and I'm sure there will be a lot more orders from my family and friends to follow!“
