We CRAVE the food and we look forward to dining here every time we visit NY. We love everything we have tried but a few of our favorites are the Pizza, Garlic Knots with Cheese, Thai Chili Wings well done, hot honey espresso slice with pepperoni, Eggplant Parm, Chicken Parm and Penne Ala Vodka. We have ordered trays of the Penne Ala Vodka and Eggplant Parm in the past as well, and it's a guaranteed hit at parties! My husband has always said you can put their Vodka sauce on a shoe and it will taste good. It's a family owned and operated restaurant. The owner Maria is an absolute gem and the staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is always clean and nicely decorated. This place remains at the top of my list and the quality of food is highly deserving of the best rating!“

“Ambiance and service were excellent, harbingers to the simply delicious entrees which followed our very unique and tasty appetizer- petite potato pancakes and deviled eggs. Main course was lamb shank Wellington (outstanding) and crab cakes (delicious), both presented with a gourmet flair, by friendly and attentive waitstaff. “Have been trying tomato garden as opposed to our usually go to in town. And I have to say. Pizza is consistent and really good. I ordered a grilled chicken house salad. And the chicken alone was delicious! You can tell it was grilled it barely needed any dressing. Will definitely be ordering from here from now on!“

Now that's just technical stuff everything we've ordered has been amazingly delicious and you can see all the dishes are prepared well and with love! My Wife loves Linguine in Red Clam sauce but has been sorely disappointed with it from other Italian eateries locally. These folks got it spot on, so much so that she's ordered it repeatedly since her first experience. The chef salad is absolutely fantastic as is the Gnocchi Bolognese. “The food at this restaurant is great. Their Marina is amazing. I and the rice ball appetizer and chicken Marsala. My husband had mozzarella sticks, pasta with meatballs. Both were very good. Waitress was very pleasant and attentive. The bathrooms were spotless. Definitely worth a trip to eat here. Will come again.“

“I was brought to springs bistro for my birthday. Dinner was delicious I had the branzino which was cooked perfectly., apps of Brussels sprouts also very good.. Cocktails were good. Our server was Troy and he was great! And to my surprise chef Lorenzo brought out an in house homemade tiramisu which was so creamy and not over done with lady fingers.. it was a great experience.“
