“Such an elegant place to dine. From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was outstanding, and everyone was so kind and so welcoming. It's quite the formal place but it also has a warm, relaxing feel to it. We decided to have steak for dinner, and it was such a beautiful cut of meat and cooked to perfection. The dessert was wonderful so creamy and rich tasting cheesecake. Even the coffee we had after dinner had a wonderful rich taste to it was just such a great place to go. It is on the pricey side but I think every once in a while you deserve to have an expensive meal. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.“
“Very nice atmosphere and food. Had a pumpkin martini to start, very nice. We ordered the brussel sprout salad which is a seasonal appetizer. The funny thing was they were out of sprouts. The mgmt was very apologetic and even reduced the price for the two salads. Was a great taste, was looking forward to how they fixed the sprouts. The Wheelhouse chicken was very flavorful and moist. The pumpkin soup was quite good as well...got to love pumpkin season though, which we do!! Check it out when you are in the area!!“
“We moved to Florida and we wish we could bring Cuginos with us. Well actually, don't judge... but we have packed up food to fly home with us a few times! We CRAVE the food and we look forward to dining here every time we visit NY. We love everything we have tried but a few of our favorites are the Pizza, Garlic Knots with Cheese, Thai Chili Wings well done, hot honey espresso slice with pepperoni, Eggplant Parm, Chicken Parm and Penne Ala Vodka. We have ordered trays of the Penne Ala Vodka and Eggplant Parm in the past as well, and it's a guaranteed hit at parties! My husband has always said you can put their Vodka sauce on a shoe and it will taste good. It's a family owned and operated restaurant. The owner Maria is an absolute gem and the staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is always clean and nicely decorated. This place remains at the top of my list and the quality of food is highly deserving of the best rating!“

The s⁸auce is way better than Pizza Express, and Rookies has gone downhill lately. The owner, Sal, is a great guy and is much nicer than the previous owner. “The owner and the young guys working tonight were amazing. My coworkers and I were the only ones in the restaurant and they treated us like we were guests in their house. The pizza with all meats was the best I've had in a long time. When he said that he was gonna put all the meats they had on it, he wasn't lying. And it wasn't too much to where it took away from the consistency with the pizza sauce and crust. Altogether it was great and I would recommend to anyone wanting pizza dining in. And they deliver too!“
“Super cute and small diner! Incredible service , our waiter was quick and efficient and also very friendly. My son had dance practice nearby and it was perfect for lunch. It wasn’t busy at all, yet a decent amount of people there. Despite it being a smaller restaurant with a few of the tables filled, we got our food within less than 10 minutes, and everything was super delicious!Moving on, the decoration was so cute! I loved the interior and decor, lights weren’t too bright, music wasn’t too loud: and a decent amount of space as well!The food definitely reached higher compared to me and my sons expectations, we’ve been to a ton of diners in the area and this one was absolutely phenomenal!We will definitely be returning! Made an order the other day and the manager/owner called back to confirm a part of the order that was a specific request. Food came on time and was hot and delicious. I've ordered from multiple pizza restaurants in the West Milford area and have been disappointed with the lack of service, forgetting a topping, missing part of an order. The service is impeccable, the ambiance is warm and inviting, the food is always delicious, and they have wonderful red and white wine sangria which we always enjoy. Last time we were there, I inadvertently left a belonging on my chair, and the staff was so kind and gracious they actually mailed it back to me at my request. They really went above and beyond the call of duty, and were so kind about it. Grappa is always truly a wonderful experience; you really feel like you've enjoyed an authentic meal in Italy.
