Not only are her donuts ridiculously delicious, she was super accommodating and always quick to respond when we had any questions or concerns. When I walked in, it was evident that the guy behind the counter was working alone, yet he managed to handle everything efficiently. He greeted me with a warm smile and was quick to take my order, making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Despite the rush, he remained attentive and patient, which greatly enhanced my visit.However, my positive experience took a hit when I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. It was evident that a previous customer had left it in a messy state, which was disappointing. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the great service I had received at the counter.I understand that accidents happen, but maintaining restroom cleanliness should be a priority for any establishment. This aspect of my visit left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as it detracted from the overall positive impression I had of the Dunkin location.In conclusion, while the customer service at this Dunkin in Scotch Plains, NJ, was top-notch, I hope the management can pay more attention to restroom cleanliness to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers. I'll still return for their delicious coffee and donuts, but I hope to see improvements in this area in the future.“

“Just stopped here to pickup coffee and a quick breakfast after our cruise vacation and bit of a drive home. What an amazing choice this was to finish off our trip back home.

“From the outside this place looks like it is falling apart but I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside to see a very clean and upkept looking dunkin establishment. Staff was all super friendly and nice. And food was made quick. Sandwich came out great and my matcha was mixed very well so there was no power all clumped up at the bottom like how some locations do it. Very glad I did not judge a book by its cover and chose to get lunch here. Wonderful experience, will be coming back again.“

“the customers that are actually in line inside are overlooked and are made to stand there while they prioritize drive thru and mobile customers. then they don't even tell you that your coffee is ready. they just sit it on the table top and walk away and you have to guess who the coffee belongs to“

“The story goes... 30+ years ago, when my mother-in-law was getting driven to the hospital to deliver her son (aka my husband), she stopped at this Dunkin' for coffee & a bite to eat. And thats why my husband loves DD.

Which also explains why we are here on at least a weekly basis. Its on the busy part of River Rd, can be tricky to drive into, but at least has a parking lot. The place is small and fast, perfect for quick to-go pickup.

Staff is great. Last time I went, I ordered 2 donuts and she put 5 in a bag for me. I am not sure if its because it was a slowish day or because I look massively pregnant. Regardless I never turn down free calories!“

“My favorite Dunkin, by far. Plenty of parking and you don't have to worry about the parking ticket sharks like on Front St. in Plainfield. Best part is the staff. They're always friendly, respectful, and helpful. It's a pleasant experience during your busy morning routine.“

“The best Dunkin near me thank you for giving me my Ice black coffee with no ice. Unlike the other Dunkin in Plainfield that is 7-10 minutes away from this one that said it was against policy to give me no ice…. and that was the only Dunkin that refuses it in New Jersey.“

Well, the service was so great here and everyone so friendly that I just never left. “Had a great experience with Madison Bagel Cafe. This is exactly what you want from a local bagel spot—fresh, high-quality bagels with that perfect texture and flavor.

I got the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel, and it was excellent—simple, classic, and done right. You can tell everything is made with care, and the consistency really stands out.

The staff are friendly and efficient, and everything feels very well-run. The owner was also a pleasure to talk to, which added to the whole experience. The art on the wall adds a nice touch to the atmosphere and gives the place extra character. It has that classic neighborhood feel with lots of regulars coming in, which says a lot.
