“I have been to Jersey Mike's in Washington a few times since they opened...always great
Two weeks ago I got home to find out they gave us chicken instead of beef cheese steaks
I called and they were so nice...said I could come back or get two free cheese steaks next time
I went yesterday, they remembered me and made good on the promise
Staff is very friendly and sandwiches are delicious! Thanks so much...Will keep coming back“

“My daughter and I ordered sandwiches on the way home from the mall. We arrived to pick up our order and I realized I had left my wallet in Bridgewater. I was more modified to not have my credit card to pay.. They were so sweet about it and just told me to take the sandwiches and that they would let me just pay over the phone when I got my credit card back.. Highly recommend. The sandwiches are amazing and the customer service is the best. 🥰“

“I didn’t catch the employee’s name but I recently picked up an order while carrying my baby. The employee offered to carry my order to my car which was right outside the door. I thought that was so kind and helpful. His parent or parents have raised a good hearted child. The wraps I ordered were delicious as everything else I’ve ordered in the past as well.“

“I was just in jersey mikes again today and as someone with severe food allergies My husband and I are always blown away by the extra steps the staff and owner take!! The staff is always so kind, friendly and attentive! A few staff members in particular always remember my husband when I go in alone and mention the sandwiches/allergies he always mentions on my behalf when he just goes in without me. And they ALWAYS right away start cleaning surfaces and know exactly who he is/my allergies! It’s so so so hard for me to eat out due to allergies and they’re one of the few places that handle my allergies amazingly!! Absolutely an A+ team at this location!!“

“May 2024. Roast beef is back off the menu. I don't like the new metal roller that prevents the customer from seeing the meat. Who knows what's back there. Subway is on its way out.Finally have roast beef back on the menu. Not crowded, clean, and server very efficient.“
