Small and intimate, the noise is much better with hidden acoustic tiles, the pasta is homemade, and specials are actually interesting, and the service is exceptional. It's also nice to be on Broadway rather than Burlingame Avenue, because it is a bit smaller and charming. This is a great place for Italian food in Burlingame.“

So I ordered a personal Mushroom, Plain and a specialty one. Let me tell you this, IF you like a good crunch pizza..... On every bite.... Good flavor that stands tall..... This is the place to go.... ABSOLUTELY, so far, one of the best around.... This hole in a wall will surprise the s#$& out of you. Next time I will go for a full size pie and tell you how that goes....It will be interesting... I have been in places where I love there personal size and didn't like there full size....and let me add..... It was so good that I ate the personal Mushroom before I got home and I love down the road in Morristown... That's how good this wasI AM TELLING YOU if you like a crunch to your pizza, and you eat the whole slice.... This places personal pie is just for you....The two guys behind the counter was extremely nice... One had to be the owner, a bigger guy great personality and knew his stuff.... And the counter guy was just as nice and eager to help....So I have no dog in this fight.... Did I get lucky, maybe maybe not.... We had originally booked a party of 15 and due to unforeseen circumstances ended up having 22 people show up. Frank was so gracious about it and quickly added tables and chairs. The food kept coming and we ate until we rolled out of there. I wish I could pick a favorite food we had but everything was so delicious that I can't decide. “Natales is located in a small mall. Pizza is made in the front and has booth and table seating, as does the restuarant in back. The entrees are always flavorful and plentiful. I have never been able to finish any entree that I ordered. The entree is accompanied by home made rolls that are fantastic, and either soup or salad. The soup is served in a bowl, not at cup, and can be quite filling. Every soup I sampled was delicious. They make both hot and cold sandwiches! The "Small" sandwich is sizeable. They make thin crust pizza, which is excellent, but you can request a regular, thicker crust if you prefer. The service is always good and everyone is pleasant and helpful. This is our favorite Italian restaurant.“

“Food: I've tried their garlic knots, Medium and Large pizza with mushrooms and spinach, and cheese cake. Their garlic knots are great especially for sharing, their pizza always hits and never misses, and their cheese cake is the perfect amount of sweetness.

Service: Obviously making pizza takes time, but ordering the medium doesn't take too long, and the same is true with the large.

Atmosphere: I took off one star for potential glare depending on where you sit, but I like everything else inside the restaurant.“

With that said, i haven't been able to order take out as its a major risk. I took a chance and requested them to exclude these ingredients from the pizza and to avoid cross contamination.
