I am so surprised that I haven’t been to Mandara’s before considering that I have been frequenting the Essex County area for the past four years. Decided to go for dinner tonight and we can’t wait to come back!

Highlights:
You HAVE to try the pizza, one of the best margherita pizza’s in this area and the chicken marsala was phenomenal! The portions are generous!!

The service was amazing, our waiter came by to check in on us at appropriate times, they brought over extra napkins without us even having to ask, and were attentive to our requests.

Overall, ambiance was amazing, great food with huge portions, and amazing staff!“

“Good spot for sushi! I ordered takeout and loved the spicy California roll—finally, a sushi spot that gets the spice just right! The atmosphere looked inviting, with live music playing and a cozy dine-in setup. I’ll definitely be stopping by again!

“Everything was divinely delicious! I highly recommend both the crab and spinach with goat cheese appetizers! The seasoning on the entress was amazing, you can taste every spice! Truly delicious is an understatement! As for dessert, I can't recall what the exact name is but it's a lentil based pudding and omg, pure heaven! The service, the atmosphere, the people, the place, the music, the cleanliness.....I absolutely loved it all! I adore this place! Can't wait to go back, every blessing for the new year guys! “The green drink was the worst thing I ever drank in my life BUT WHY is it that days after my cleanse is done I am still drinking it?! LOL The first day was so hard for me but in hindsight I must have really had a lot going on in my tummy. I thought that the protein shake and the green juice were a punishment. By the the second day I was having a bad day but could tolerate the diet more. Third day I woke up feeling better than I have in years. It's been a couple days after my cleanse and I have actually continued to feel good and keep the weight off! That never happened to me before on other cleanses, I would always gain like 2lbs back over night. Here I am going back for more green juice and even got my husband on it! It's sorcery I tell you, thanks Chef V!!“

“very chill spot to come and sit and get some work done. the music isn’t loud and obnoxious and the service is nice. the food was good too. i would say it was clean as well and they make sure they maintain it.

only drawback is that not a lot of outlets to plug things in. so get there early to find a port. but other than that, thank you :)

It wasn't greasy or had me feel like crap while eating it. “Nice food and good customer service, only parking is hard to find.Had dinner food quality and quantity both were good.Resturant is small in size and has only 4 booth that I have seen.Nice and warm atmosphere inside. Open sitting arrangement outside as well. If all 4 booths are occupied then you have to wait and waiting area has only 1 couple seat, more than 2 persons have to wait outside.“

“This place is excellent. I bought my friend from Japan with his family and was happy to take them to Cornbread for some authentic soul food. Needless to say my friend and his family loved the experience. They were finishing a road trip throughout the US and they thought the food at Cornbread was some of the best they had in their month long journery. The turkey wings were particularly good and I'm saying this as a person who is mostly vegetarian. Service was also excellent with attentive help and the servers were conversational and friendly with my friends and I. Bathrooms were also very clean. I wholeheartedly recommend Cornbread Montclair as a solid business and a great place for delicious Soul Food.“

When I went he personally came & show the table even though He was not working at my table. Pratikbhai is excellent every time. He ask the taste & bring the same taste food. I got the original chicken with rice platters and one chicken mix gyro wrap. Excellent and momma is really hard to please. We’re transplants from NYC and with NYC being at the top of the dining out / take home capital it is tough for many States and counties to compete with the flavor and cooking styles easily found in NYC just around every corner.

OMGRYRO easily hits all the marks with the exception of the Jerk Chicken. Jerk Chicken flavor profile is no bueno in my humble opinion and that is because it doesn’t come close to tasting like jerk seasoning and can’t compare to true jerk style flavor.

Everything else is we ordered and devoured tasted great, high on flavor with decent portion sizes.

Hope they put the Jerk Season flavor to the chicken NYC style.“

From the wait staff to the kitchen staff to management, everyone was incredibly friendly, unbelievably accommodating when it came to food allergies (they came out to talk about everything in specific detail to make sure it was safe before it was cooked and served), and the food was absolutely delicious!! I would absolutely recommend trying Marakesh out if you haven't been. They will be more than happy to go over the menu and explain anything you might not recognize or need changed because of restrictions.
