“I cannot recommend this venue enough! The room was absolutely beautiful, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the team was incredibly accommodating and attentive to every detail. They went above and beyond to help bring my vision to life, including customizing the napkin colors to match my baby shower theme, adjusting the icing color for my cake, and arranging the room exactly how I wanted it.

They were also very flexible with both setup and cleanup times, which made the entire planning process so much less stressful. The service throughout the event was exceptional—every staff member was attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. There was plenty of space to have tables for gifts, desserts, favors, raffle/games, and food.

The food was outstanding and one of the highlights of the day. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was, and it was such a thoughtful touch that they allowed guests to take leftovers home.

A special thank you to Tom, who was incredible to work with. He truly cared about making my baby shower special and made sure every detail reflected what I had envisioned. Thanks to him and the entire team, my day was absolutely perfect.

“This is the place for steak, I know they serve other items, however, the aged beef is just so tender and cooked to perfection. This a great place for corporate dinners or upscale birthdays to share this calm atmosphere and food properly prepared. The cost of dinner here is closer to $250 (without wine) each, when you order salad, appetizer, main course, sides and a shared dessert and this includes one alcohol containing drink and that is without a 18-22% tip for great service. You do know that, so price is expected to be high, however the mood, the food, the service leads to a special evening.“

“This place is excellent. I bought my friend from Japan with his family and was happy to take them to Cornbread for some authentic soul food. Needless to say my friend and his family loved the experience. They were finishing a road trip throughout the US and they thought the food at Cornbread was some of the best they had in their month long journery. The turkey wings were particularly good and I'm saying this as a person who is mostly vegetarian. Service was also excellent with attentive help and the servers were conversational and friendly with my friends and I. Bathrooms were also very clean. I got the original chicken with rice platters and one chicken mix gyro wrap. Excellent and momma is really hard to please. We’re transplants from NYC and with NYC being at the top of the dining out / take home capital it is tough for many States and counties to compete with the flavor and cooking styles easily found in NYC just around every corner.

OMGRYRO easily hits all the marks with the exception of the Jerk Chicken. Jerk Chicken flavor profile is no bueno in my humble opinion and that is because it doesn’t come close to tasting like jerk seasoning and can’t compare to true jerk style flavor.

Everything else is we ordered and devoured tasted great, high on flavor with decent portion sizes.

Hope they put the Jerk Season flavor to the chicken NYC style.“

“I brought my girlfriend to experience Indian food for the first time and this was the best spot ever! I have eaten in countless Indian restaurants and this one was by far the best in every category! Ramya, our server was so wonderful. She made recommendations and gave explanations of each item and directions on how to eat them using all the chutneys and dosas. I would absolutely recommend trying Marakesh out if you haven't been. They will be more than happy to go over the menu and explain anything you might not recognize or need changed because of restrictions.
