“I brought my girlfriend to experience Indian food for the first time and this was the best spot ever! I have eaten in countless Indian restaurants and this one was by far the best in every category! Ramya, our server was so wonderful. She made recommendations and gave explanations of each item and directions on how to eat them using all the chutneys and dosas. All the dishes were delicious and fresh. The restaurant was warm and inviting! I will be back again and again with friends and family.“

“We went for the first time last Sunday. All I can say is wow. From the wait staff to the kitchen staff to management, everyone was incredibly friendly, unbelievably accommodating when it came to food allergies (they came out to talk about everything in specific detail to make sure it was safe before it was cooked and served), and the food was absolutely delicious!! I would absolutely recommend trying Marakesh out if you haven't been. They will be more than happy to go over the menu and explain anything you might not recognize or need changed because of restrictions. You can also call ahead so it can be prepped ahead of time for you. I will definitely be back again!!“

“Decided to stop in after a tour visit to Montclair University and receiving a gift card for Christmas. Everything was delicious. We ordered brisket fries,cheese fries, smash patty melt, Montclair Blue Burger, build your own burger and 3 shakes. Everything was amazing including the burger buns (fluffy and airy). I wish they were closer to us, Old Bridge could definitely use a really good burger place.“

“From the moment we walked in, the host greeted us like old friends and walked us right to our table — I instantly had a good feeling, and I was right. Our server was awesome — super friendly, knew the menu inside out, and was on top of everything all night.

The menu is classic Italian but with a twist — way more interesting than your standard North Jersey Italian spot. The ossobuco was fantastic (if I had to nitpick, I’d say the risotto could’ve used a touch less water and a heavier hand with the parm). The clams were fresh and baked to perfection, and my son devoured his ravioli. For dessert, the bread pudding was absolutely unreal — honestly worth the trip alone.

“Had dinner there for the second time on Saturday night! It was very memorable. The food was absolutely fantastic. I had the eggplant with the Barata for an appetizer. It was so delicious and so tasty and my main course was the homemade linguine with lump crab and corn. We also got the meatball which was spectacular and then I got the cheesecake dessert which was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever eaten. I absolutely love love love this place. “Our / Nuestra Passion is a great little coffee spot. The staff is friendly and professional. I had the fruit crêpes on Sunday. I thought they were the best. I was ready to go back Monday for more they are closed. The smoothie my daughter had was delicious fresh strawberries and mango. I only wish I realized sooner they were located right on Main Street . I have been there twice now and always a great time. Best coffee and food . Great staff friendly and kind.“
