I received the wrong order, so I called back and the lady who answered was so rude and said fine come back in ten minutes. I went up to the counter some young girl called for her mom to come talk to me. This lady grabbed the old sandwich out of my hand unwrapped my old sandwich on the counter and insisted it was a multigrain bagel. We love their hot foods and grab and go breakfast sandwiches are perfect!! We also order sandwiches every weekend. Love this deli!!
