“Okay Soo I wasn't sure at first..but when I got in and saw the food I thought just a typical food place... But OMG ? the food is really good and it's fresh I had meatballs and chicken with rice and when I bite in it...hmm it like melted Soo good they had fresh salad which was also really good...all in all this place just needs more love but the food man I ate 2 times yesterday... That's how good it was. Who knows I might go back for tha 3rd time...“

“I cannot stress enough how amazing they are, they are easy to communicate with, always on time and very flexible . Let’s not even start with how amazing the food is, presentation is at 100%, most importantly they listen. Keith the manager is very humble, friendly and has good people and communication skills. “Just had wisdom teeth taken out, been struggling to find tasty things that are easy to eat and reasonably priced. Essen’s variety of soups, sides and mains were excellent for me! Will return when fully healed to eat

“I didn’t even try the food and already know it’s banging. Big variety of proteins, veggies, carbs. And for how much I filled my container, it came out to a little over $15! I spend that easily on less for food around here ! And this is healthier.“

“One of the best quick-lunch setups I've ever seen in NYC. Incredible spread — hot bar, cold bar, drinks, snacks — and it actually tasted good and fresh. They also had claw machines and we won a prize, which only made it better.“

“This Fix-U-Plate delivers the experience its name promises. Their staff attention matches their outstanding cooking. The taste was worth savoring with eyes closed as it melted away. Food has great quality, fresh ingredients and not to mention is fairly priced. I'd love to return to try different dishes.“
“Ferris Forever, out of all the dining halls on campus this is a solid choice. Although there are places like Brownies Cafe which serve fantastic sandwiches or the food trucks along Broadway, Ferris is an undergrad staple (esp since you can take food out on the disposable plates and take cups, bananas, and other things on the dl). Staff is always nice; food is good and all you can eat.“
“We ordered chimichurris and a mix of frituras service was great. They were very friendly and the food was very well seasoned. The chimichurris were not soggy like in some places. The bread was toasted so it had a nice crunch to it. Tostones were not that great but they get a 5 for the chimi and service.“

“Soldiers is getting bad, I'm not sure if they changed the chef but I waited all week to get the stew peas and rice which had no seasoning, none, not even salt and pepper in when I call to inform the Of this error they had attitude think I was going to move my car and come back for a refund (which is what they hope for) 2nd Saturday morning 9am I buy food because I don't want stale food 2nd time the fried dumpling are drenched in cold oil and and then breakfast cold Not sure what you want to do but but uncooked hard meat is killing black folks and not listening isnt working neither.“

“Went here for my first time a week ago and let me say from the wonderful ladies at the counter to the cleanliness amazing … especially for being in the Bronx . I love the multiple options to pay for your food iykyk . And if you want to let your pallet travel to a few different places all on one plate this is the place to go ! They weigh the food and we had two full plates plus a crab salad and a plate with fruit …. All in all my tab was about 42.00 which in my opinion is great. It’s now 6 am and the fat girl inside of me is about to go up there and see what is on the menu today ❤️🙏🏾“
“Incredible acai bowls, so fresh and full of flavour! I came here twice on my visit to NYC and loved it both times. They do good coffee and the muffins were tasty too!
They had cake slices and a buffet but I never tried those & im not sure how the system works so maybe more signposts would be good?
But i cant fault my experience, would definitely recommend!“

“Nice place to grab coffee and a bagel. The salad bar is too expensive in my opinion. But if you stick to the deli counters, for sandwiches and bagels, it's more reasonable. Coffee here is amazing with vanilla and hazelnut options, and syrups to add yourself. They don't have prices on most of the drinks and snacks available to pick up and buy, be warned-some of their bottled juices and smoothies are crazy expensive.“

As with most buffets, some dishes may be a hit or a miss
A little pricey too given the class of restaurant

“Great food, and very fast customer service. The environment is very welcoming and they make sure that their customers are satisfied. Food is really good especially the mofongo. This is def one of West New York’s best gems.They also have a back side that has some tables which comes in clutch now for the summer time.“
