“I never leave reviews but this one I had to do. We have been to Mochiland before and have always enjoyed the mochi donuts as much as the bubble teas. No complaints there! Today was my daughter's birthday and she asked if we could stop by and of course I said yes. The sweet girl behind the counter, Diana, took our order promptly and immediately saw my daughter's birthday girl badge. She asked her how old she was turning and proceeded to give her a warm Happy Birthday and a free donut! I mean it when I say this small act of kindness made sure the day ended on a perfect note. I could not thank her enough and I hope Mochiland knows what an excellent individual they have working for them. Be sure to try them out if you are ever in the area. Between the donuts and the kind people working there you are sure to win!“

“This location deserves all the stars for the way they handle the morning rush. Even when I think they missed part of my order, it turns out it was ready, I just didn't look hard enough. Staff is friendly and will answer any questions even if they're busy, busy, busy. No indoor seating, grab your order and go. Great for a quick breakfast or your midday coffee break.“

“If the owner ever reads customers comments. Please do something about it . Today 10/8/2025 at 11:45pm . I went in with my husband and this worker was so rude to us it's not the first time . He literally was talking bad to us for just us asking him if he could heat up a cheddar cheese twist . The place is literally empty. Why get mad when we asked nicely. Most of the employees are really rude they even talk bad about other customers in front of you it's crazy . We go there to purchase nothing is giving out for free to be treated that way .“

I live nearby, and it’s my favorite spot in the morning for coffee and in the evening for a sweet, dessert-style donut after dinner. “I go to New York City once year: My co-workers and I take a group of theater students, we see 8 broadways shows, I get a *carrot cake donut* at the Doughnut Plant in Grand Central Station, and I’m a happy girl for one more year. I always have a good experience! I get my favorite, and then something new. Everything I’ve ever tried there has been phenomenal. (This time is was a coffee cake doughnut - it was inspired! SO good!) If Doughnut Plant moved its location to the moon, I’d probably just start taking my theater students there instead, just so I could get my yearly taste test at Doughnut Plant.“
