“This is a nice little take-out styled restaurant that doubles as a dine-in. The food, service and pricing is terrific, we’ll certainly be back!

Vegetarian options: It has a few items. I am a vegan, I selected the falafel, they were delicious.

Parking: The parking at this time of Day (5:30p - 6:00p) Saturday was no problem. We parked across the street in front of train station.“

“It was not a full house so noise level was low. Fried artichoke appetizer was crispy and dipping sauce was good. Ahi tuna was well executed. My shrimp over pasta with artichoke, sun dried tomatoes in garlic and oil tasted too lemony for my taste. Adding salt helped. Overall a nice meal and I would go back. It is a BYOB. The previous restaurant in that location was not so the bar area is used for extra tables.“

“We went to Rola’s for the first time Saturday night and it will definitely not be our last time. The place is so cozy perfect for a date night or for dinner with family. The food is amazing! We tried the Rolas appetizer spread platter delicious, the lentil soup delicious, the kufta kebab delicious, the lamb chops delicious! Everything was perfect! We can’t wait to be back. Definitely don’t hesitate everyone should try Rola’s you will NOT be disappointed.“

The portions are just right and there was not a single dish that wasnt 10/10. Great service. The place was quiet around 6pm on a Friday and then just exploded with customers. We are happy we just discovered this little gem. And the cherry on top - very inexpensive for what you get. It's tough to beat combo“

“Was looking for Mediterranean food for my wife and I on a casual evening out and we were not disappointed. Super friendly/helpful staff, wonderful atmosphere, and a wonderful selection of food. My wife and I got a bowl and we both loved it. If you are looking for a counter style Mediterranean place to eat this is a fantastic choice! All the food is made fresh. My wife ordered pita chips and falafel on the side and both were made fresh when we ordered. The pita chips were thick and super crispy. The falafel was incredibly moist too. Highly recommend!“

“We went to Samdan Mediterranean Restaurant on our last day in New York. We went with 2 kiddos under 10 and ordered the chicken nuggets for them. For the adults, we ordered falafel, tabouli and hummus for an appetizer, and both were very good, had lots of flavor though the portions were smaller than we expected and we needed to ask for the Nan bread.

We followed up with the sultan platter for the table, and it came with rice, we also ordered a bruschetta salad. The portion for the platter was more than enough for 4 adults, and it had an assortment of meats, including lamb, chicken. We accompanied the meal with a bottle of red wine and found the pricing and portion sizes to be good for our group.

Overall, great atmosphere and place to have a nice dinner out for a group of adults.“

“Had dinner after a day of apple picking. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. We started with an order of Aurora chips which was very easy to share and was excellent. Entrees ordered were scallops, lobster ravioli, lamb papardelle(?) and lamb shank and each of us enjoyed their dish. Complimentary biscotti served at end of meal with coffee. The noise level in the restaurant was somewhat high, which was the only downside to the visit.“

“I have done both dine in and takeout. The first time was takeout cus there was a bunch of rowdy kids who took both the window seating and the only table there. I prefer the smaller location of the two for friendliness, but they both definitely have their differences. The smaller offers wings and fries while the larger one, you can get a platter, etc.

Vegetarian options: Falafel bites are probably by far the largest I've seen from any other place I've gotten these from. It's become my staple whenever we're in the area with Mediterranean food cravings.“

“If you're looking for the best Koobideh kebab in New Jersey and New York, Zaffron Bloom is the place to go. Every time I visit, I'm amazed by the deliciousness of the food, especially their Tahdig. The Olivieh salad and Spanish yogurt are also quite tasty. Since it's a family-run business, the owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. I love this place and highly recommend their kebabs!??“

“Always a good time at Kabab Paradise in Teaneck. I have been going to the original Lake Hiawatha location for well over a decade, so I was quite excited when they opened the Teaneck branch back in 2020. Everything in the restaurant is very clean and the service is excellent. The manager Ali has done a wonderful job with running the establishment. The food is also quite good and evocative of the original. I must admit I do prefer the Lake Hiawatha location, but it's still amazing to have Kabab Paradise in Teaneck. If you don't know what to get I would highly recommend the Honey BBQ cutlet. It's my go to and the best!“

“EDIT: I came back 2 years later and had their classic Mediterranean breakfast and it was wonderful. This place is one of my go to's and its always a pleasure going there.

The coffee is excellent. I had the pancakes and they were ok but I'll be going back there to try their more authentic Israeli options.“
