The freshness was so obvious that it was hard to stop eating. By the time our main courses came we were stuffed but it didn't stop us from enjoying them both. Portions great, taste was great and the service was great. The spot in itself was a little unnoticeable from the busy Route 10 highway but they are worth the trip!! Find this jewel location and enjoy authentic tasting Mexican food. The atmosphere itself was also very cute, super clean and friendly. A must try if you're around this neighborhood. “Our party of 12 had made reservations for this past Sunday at 12. We arrived and were greeted by Taylor in a very positive way and she quickly seated us in a very good location in restaurant . Taylor took our orders for frozen mocktails and appetizers. She made and served drinks and served appetizers and took orders for entrees along with serving them. There were customers at other tables as well ,Taylor was servicing same way. Taylor was exceptional in her service to everyone, especially Taylor being the only one working in these areas of the restaurant. 5 stars to Taylor and employees in kitchen making exceptional dishes.Well done Taylor and the kitchen staff.

I can't say enough good things about Riviera Maya Mexican in Rockaway! This place has quickly become a favorite stop for me and my fellow soldiers during our drill weekends. The food is consistently fresh and absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options that never disappoint.

The service is always fast and friendly, making us feel right at home every time we visit. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience, which is truly appreciated, especially when we come in with a group of about a dozen.

* Chips & Guacamole – chips were so fresh & crunchy

they had inhouse Guava-Basil & Horchata flavor drinks (I missed their bottle though)

We had our food there only and why not, why miss the cool ambiance & music… we enjoyed our food out there…

“I walked in out of the blue. The place is quiet and unassuming. I was greeted as I approached the counter. They were very, very welcoming. After a little bit it was like we knew each other well. They made me feel very comfortable. The food was very good with lots of flavor. My order came out relatively quick. We talked and I watched the game (MTY vs AME). I had a great experience and was very impressed with this place. I highly recommend anyone give it a try. Also, prices are very good and worth every penny!“

“Live a town over and always shopped in the shopping center. Saw the place open a few years ago, but I don’t usually go for Mexican food. My friend recommended the place to me so I went with him to try it out. The staff was very helpful and quick. Only took a few minutes for my food to be brought to the table. Best steak quesadillas ever, plus I got enough to take the rest home for dinner. This place is a little pricey, but it’s worth it. Miles better than Taco Bell or chipotle. They did not disappoint. The general manager, Alexis was a pleasure to work with, and was helpful with menu choices, and whatever additional asks I had. (A table area for a display, AV hook-up for a slide presentation, and complimentary drink “coupons” for my guests. The decor is bright, the people are friendly, and there is usually music playing (or the TV is on). The food is authentic and well-made. I feel like this is one of the places that you can't go wrong, depending on what you order, because everything is good on the menu. Fun Fact: The family who owns this location owns the bakery going into the Morristown (from MP, on the left, by the laundry place) - it always has a crazy line in the morning, but they make the best corn biscuit/things, they are so, so good! I recommend coming here if you're in the mood for Latin food.“
