“Me and my family were pleasantly surprised by the food at Snack Mania! We were in town visiting and decided to look up places to eat after a long day and so glad we took a chance on Snack Mania. The smoothies were AMAZING! I got a pineapple mint smoothie and it was heavenly! My sons enjoyed their burgers and fries and my husband enjoyed his chicken sandwhich. “This is a great little café/diner right next to the Westfield train station. We are fairly new to Westfield and went there for the first time a couple of weeks ago. We were wowed by the wonderful customer service of our waitress, Cindy. She was very attentive, provided great order suggestions and also brought over their delicious housemade hot sauce to go along with our eggs. All the food we ordered was wonderful, including the short stack of chocolate chip pancakes, the egg and cheese sandwich on a hard roll, and the Florentine omelette. The chef (maybe owner?), Ash even stopped by later on towards the end of our meal to check on how everything was. We meant to write this review right after that, but then never got around to it and when we went back today a few weeks later, we realized how much we needed to write this up! This time Kirsten and Cindy both helped us out, and Cindy remembered us by our orders from the last time even though we had only been here one time- very impressive and shows a great attention to detail and customer service. Ash came by also, and it was clear he remembered us as well. The food was fresh and tasty yet again (we got the French toast, egg and cheese sandwich, and Greek omelette this time) and the prices are great. This place is a gem and is definitely becoming one of our go-to spots!“

“This place is an absolute hidden gem. The front door is literally located between 2 service bay doors at Sansone Toyota. Don't let the hard to find and unusual location sway you, the journey of discovery is just part of the fun. Once through the door, you take the stairs up to a beautifully maintained cafe oasis. We were going for breakfast and left sad that we had no room left to stay all day and enjoy the lunch buffet. They have a beautiful open kitchen concept where you can see all the fresh food being prepared. The breakfast was excellent with wonderful fresh ingredients and satisfying portion sizes. Don't miss the pupusas, a house specialty. The owner, Rosa, is as sweet as can be and runs the restaurant with various family members. We were staying at the nearby Fairfield Inn due to a flight cancellation at Newark Airport and made the walk over. Not the easiest walk due to a lack of sidewalks in the area, but there is a crosswalk to get across the busy highway. We were able to successfully use our airline food vouchers (come as virtual visa cash cards), so we were pleased with that as well. Rosa's should not be missed if you are in the area!“

What made our visit really memorable was the staff member Misheel (please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong!) who made absolutely sure our food was satisfactory. When we picked up our food, he made sure we knew that we could come to them with any concerns or questions. I got up at one point to get some butter for my bread and some dressing for my salad, and he was super accommodating. He also came by to check on us as we were eating.
