Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Woodbridge

“The chicken was crispy, it came out so quickly, the staff spoke Spanish which I really appreciated as a Spanish speaker myself. This is probably the quickest and nicest Popeyes staff I’ve come across. The place was also clean and the atmosphere was good, the music playing really added to the Luisiana vibe and I loved that!“

“This Popeyes is new to the area. We are regular customers at this location because of conveniency, easy to get to & in a great location right off of rte 18 in East Brunswick. The food is fresh, hot, & satisfying. My only complaint is not the Popeyes but the workers & Managers, they have a very rude staff, very impatient, & was very dismissive when I received my food & began to check if my order was correct before pulling off from the window, the manager approached me & waved his hand to move on, I responded there was no rush or any customers waiting behind me, let me finish checking my food for the correct items I had purchased, he began to mumble rudely under his breathe, in his language, I asked him to speak English so I could understand his issue, he slammed the window while I was speaking. I didn’t have time at that very moment to file a complaint but this platform will get to the customers who review this location with caution!!! Customer Service is necessary in the fast food industry. No one wants an angry employee servicing them their food. Attitude goes along way.“
