Most bagel places give me an attitude when I ask “extra crispy” and then give me barely cooked bacon but John’s never has. My bacon is ALWAYS how I like it and the bagels are always delicious. “This small business is just wonderful. The food is delicious, the bagels and sandwiches are so fresh and tasty and the bagels are large. I purchased here a few times via the TGTG app and purchased bagels and their delicious home made assorted flavor cream cheeses. Additionally, the owner Ernesto and his wife are so genuine, customer service focused and take pride in the products/service they provide to their clients and community. “Pretty busy bagel shop (Sun Late Morning) that turned out some sandwiches much faster than expected. Taylor Ham (pork roll) egg and cheese was Awesome! 3 generous cut pieces of pork roll (didn't have to order extra meat) w and egg over medium and gooey gooey cheese. Bagel itself was delish. Well worth the $9. Wife's bagel w scallion cream cheese and tomato had EXCESSIVE amount of cream cheese. But that can be fixed with the correct order verbiage on our side of the counter, no reduction as the bagel itself was again, delish.“

I found the bagels to be soft enough for my kid which was a big deal for him.

Ordered two iced macchiatos without the sugar which was really good

The lady at the register was sweet and welcoming.

It got busy and they handled it really well, it wasn’t a mad house like some places get.“

“Some of the best hand rolled bagels in NJ. Great crisp crust and wonderfully chewy textured inside. For those that are complaining they do not have a griddle, I believe they have a Kosher certification which means no meat can be served here since they use cream cheese (dairy). This was our go to bagel place when we lived in Fair Lawn, now we live in SC, and we come here to stock up on bagels to take south on every visit to NJ.“
