“I went recently for dinner with my girlfriend and we absolutely loved it! Definitely a hidden gem on the island. The atmosphere was perfect for talking but also watching sports. The drink options/specials were great. The highlight of the whole visit had to be our server Manny. He was the definition of perfect service, he was very informative but also funny and conversational, it felt like talking to a long time friend. He made great suggestions for both food and drinks and we loved everything we got. If you plan to go to Kelsey’s I highly recommend asking to be in Manny’s section for a great dining experience.“

“Amazing experience with Harvey’s on Monday. Had their Chicken Strips combo with poutine and Caramel Shake. Loved the strips as everything was delicious and fresh. Drive-thru guy might named Hishant was very polite and kind. He helped me a lot deciding what to order. Amazing Experience!!“

“This was our first time having Karen as our server I have since had her again and she did not disappoint, we went to celebrate my sister in laws birthday, she struggles with addiction and it is visable and we were nervous about taking her out because she does take a while to make decisions etc but we couldnt have asked for a more patient server than her very understanding and very personable. “I went here with my husband last night on our first date in a long while without the children :). I love, love, LOVE the old brick and wood "tavern" style atmosphere of the pub. The dim lighting and dark decor make the pub feel very cozy, historic and romantic. We sat across from the bar in a little booth next to the old-fashioned Hearth which was lovely. I had the Newfoundland Fish and Chips which was utterly delicious!! The fish was perfect, not to wet, not too dry and it had two generous portions with not too much batter and a delicate flavour without being greasy. The fries were tasty as well and definitely not the frozen, store-bought variety too many restaurants go with. I washed it all down with a beautiful Landwash beer and to top it all off, our waitress was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The ONLY thing I didn't like was the TV (playing sports)...it felt really out of place there. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be back soon!!!“

“It’s a nice restaurant overall! The spinach dip was great! My husband enjoyed his burger. I ordered the crispy Thai chili chicken wrap and unfortunately the hot chicken was not crispy and made everything in the wrap hot, especially the lettuce. It was also very watery- not sure if that was the sauce? Sangria was excellent and so was our server! Very sweet and attentive.“

“Decided to treat myself on this special day.
Very , very busy here. Lots of Happy Father’s Day celebrants.
Was served promptly and efficiently by Allison who is friendly , courteous and very attentive. She is an excellent waitress. The food , as usual , was delicious. That Swiss Chalet sauce is the crowning glory of the chicken. It is so good.
Apple Pie with vanilla ice cream , heated for 10 seconds in the microwave along with good old black tea was the final treat for me.
It was a very pleasant experience today.
Congratulations to Swiss Chalet and staff on such an efficient , organized operation.
PS: I was given a Happy Father’s Day treat of two LINDOR chocolates as I was leaving.

“With the World Juniors finishing late, it was difficult to find a bar close by that was open until the end of the game, but Bigs ended up being a great place to watch. The staff were lovely and attentive, the TVs were big, and they happily kept the Hockey on the one closest to us instead of the godawful American football that was on other screens. Tasty wings too.“
