“The staff at Chafe's Landing are top tier and their raspberry/vanilla + blueberry/lemon cake slices are out of this world!

We ordered the Moose Sausages, Crunchburger & Cod Tongue Meal yesterday. The sausages were great, the cod tongues were surprisingly tasty and the gravy that came with the fries was the best gravy I've ever had! The fries were a bit under-done so they were quite firm and the chicken in the crunchburger was quite dry but with some added gravy it was a 10/10!

Our waiter last night raved about the home-made slices of cake so we had to try those and the blueberry/lemon was a nice balance between sweet/tart while the raspberry/vanilla was exceptional. Not too sweet, not too raspberry flavoured. It was perfect!“

“We stayed for 3 nights for our daughter's wedding. Our room was first class with w.c., large bath and large walk-in shower. It was quiet, facing the rear of the building. The front pedestrian way can be a bit noisy with revellers. Spotlessly clean, with aircon and fridge. The restaurant offered a varied evening menu, and the cuisine was superb. Likewise, a good choice for breakfast, and large portions. I had the 2 egg breakfast, and the eggs were cooked precisely to my instructions. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. This was my second visit, and I look forward to my third.“

“It’s a nice restaurant overall! The spinach dip was great! My husband enjoyed his burger. I ordered the crispy Thai chili chicken wrap and unfortunately the hot chicken was not crispy and made everything in the wrap hot, especially the lettuce. It was also very watery- not sure if that was the sauce? Sangria was excellent and so was our server! Very sweet and attentive.“

“Let's start by them giving us a reservation at.2.30 in the afternoon for a party of 5 at 6.30. We arrived on time and were seated immediately it was a very busy night with the Canada games. We visited the Keg several times annually and enjoyed the dinner choice with several Blue Moon, delicious! through conversation a second choice India beer, a local beer, is removed as well. Interesting to learn from the server these 2 draught beers were 2 of 3 topsellers. Oh well, a decision made by a white collar in an office in mainland Canada. Too bad Keg, my future steak occasions will be at a Blue Moon tap location.“
