Not only did he have a fun personality but he also helped sing happy birthday to my mom, which made her night 100%. Would recommend checking out Oliver’s for your next special night out, especially with Matt as your server. Plus the desserts are mouth watering.“

“This is a pleasant restaurant if you want something to eat when you're visiting the museum.

There wasn't a big selection of items on the menu but what they served was good. I had the seafood chowder which was really good. My wife had the bratwurst which she found a bit too gamey for her but I thought it was fine.

If you can get a table near the windows you'll be rewarded with some lovely views down over St. John's.“

“Very cute spot that feels plucked right out of the 1990s. Glad to see that this kinda place can still survive in today’s climate even if only by nostalgia. The service was friendly and the food was solid for what it was, classic pub food with a bit of a Tex-Mex twist. Not a Newfoundlander by birth so can speak on this without being influenced by childhood memories, the place isn’t exactly fine dining but it’s more than solid for what it is!“
