“As the name suggests, this really is the pinnacle of lounge and restaurant found in hotels (Delta Hotel). I was lucky enough to have been able to enjoy the Atlantic lobster fest menu and it was certainly a treat. First things first, fresh Atlantic lobster alone is hard to beat. I know people are going to compare to Maine lobster or Rock lobster found in warmer waters and while everyone has their preferences I personally find that Atlantic lobster tends to be the best overall choice in terms of size, value, texture, tenderness and flavour. All this to say that one should definitely try the lobster rolls and if you get the chance to enjoy lobster fest then the lobster Thermidor is a must and the lobster quesadillas are quite excellent as well. For dessert I recommend the molten chocolate lava cake or the turtles cheesecake. Both are rich and indulgent with balanced sweetness and paired with accompanying fruits. You really can’t go wrong with either option.
The service is fast and attentive and the atmosphere is typical lounge style with a lovely fireplace, cool bar and stylish booths.“
