“I went through the drive up and the person that took my order, was very helpful. I pulled right before closing. He didn't sound annoyed just happy to take my order. I got my order and my order was perfect, I got everything that I ordered.“

“This company is one of the best companies I’ve been to people make all these horrible reviews that just hurt their hard work I’ve used and purchased food from this company for 10 years plus not just at this place but at other ones KFC‘s people work hard and just because they don’t give people the attention they need they start talking bad things about their work. I don’t agree whatever people say about this company has the best food the best customer service and yes, they may get a little busy sometimes where you might be a little left without service for a minute or two but they get you and your order right“

“Yesterday Saturday June 27th around 2 pm we stopped in to get food for our the day at Freedom Celebration, the person a manager, I didn't get his name but but was awesome, he went over and beyond to get our order out asap, but they ran out of biscuits so we waited for fresh ones but the wait was pleasant and was gonna go thank him after church today, but decided to stay home and didn't want to forget so here I am!!! Thank you so much Sir I have been craving KFC for a minute and you delivered WOOHOO! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!“

“I dined at this KFC a year ago and It was not in the best condition. I went yesterday and the whole place looked redone the customer service was awesome everything looked so clean well done. You could see that the employees put a lot of hard work into this business. It must be a new owners it seemed like it needed a change. I went again this afternoon and the snacker was so delicious it was perfect with a new sauce called the come back sauce it was perfect. I am so happy to see things change you will see me there more. Thank you to Xavier and Steven and Samantha for all your great prompt service and customer service.“

“Pretty standard fare for a KFC. I didn't try the Taco Bell menu, so I can't speak to that. The food was what I expected it to be. The price was also less than what I expected it to be — like, it was priced higher on their board. A really nice surprise, but it would be nice if their menu prices were accurate.“

“Really enjoyed our lunch at KFC! Had chicken sandwiches, regular and spicy, fries and a drink. Very hot, fresh and delicious. Reasonable too. We saw that they have daily specials. On Tuesday they have a chicken fried steak meal. Next time, gotta try that. Staff was very friendly. Store and restrooms were very neat and clean. They have a beautiful Harley Davidson motorcycle in the restaurant as a display. Gorgeous! Thank you!“

“For me this location has always been friendly cooperative and reasonable. Today after ordering my food I asked for the bathroom key and use the bathroom. It was stopped and clean. While I was in the bathroom somebody took my food and I didn't realize it. I waited a while and then they asked me if I was waiting on food. I said yes and they made my order and even gave me an extra chicken leg. Chicken with Crispy and hot thank you KFC San Mateo“

“Food was good and nothing tasted like it's been sitting there for an extended period of time like my previous visits have been. Like that there is a Taco Bell also in this location in case I'd like something different to take home.“

“Honestly after seeing the other reviews I thought this place was gonna be horrible. It was the exact opposite. Food was good! Burritos were over stuffed and delicious. Nothing was skimpy. Staff was really nice and let us know what they were out of before ordering. Great experience. Came during the day and ate inside the restaurant idk maybe that helped!“
