“This KFC is located at Lousiana and Central in Albuquerque. It's near the state fairgrounds. This area has become a rough area, but I have to hand it to the workers at this location. They are troopers. They are friendly and the four or five times I've ordered from here, they've gotten my order right and the food is fresh.“
“Pretty standard fare for a KFC. I didn't try the Taco Bell menu, so I can't speak to that. The food was what I expected it to be. The price was also less than what I expected it to be — like, it was priced higher on their board. A really nice surprise, but it would be nice if their menu prices were accurate.“
“For people who order grilled chicken. There is not one KFC in Albuquerque that offers grilled chicken and hasn't had grilled chicken in two years. So when people order on-line, and it's not sold at any KFC locations it's difficult to fill the order correctly.“
“I don't remember this young man's name but his customer service was top tier of any other KFC I have ever been to we worked a night shift just as they were close to closing out, and I mean he was polite, patient, and very helpful. I wish I knew his name soo I could give him his just dues. Woww he was awesome he helped my husband and I with a trailer we was hauling one night and assisted my husband with reaching the top of the trailer. Sir you are awesome keep being awesome, we are greatful for your service, thank you.“
“Dietary restrictions: However you order your food just inform them what you can or cannot have and they will make sure you get exactly what you are expecting and you will be very pleased with the service you are provided KFC!!!!!!Parking: Menaul and Eubank is always full of open parking spots just an open parking lot it seems like a small location but it's not it is just placed in an odd location, One of my favorite KFC's in all of Albuquerque!!!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking spots and wheelchair accessible entrance and exit with plenty of wheelchair accessible tables throughout the floor plan also handicap accessible restrooms“

“I work security in the area and this location is usually my only place to get food during my shift other than the gas station, much better quality food than other locations; only thing that sucks is sometimes sitting in line an hour before closing for 30 minutes waiting to get my order in just for them to not attend to me at all and needing to get back to my patrol“
“This might and might not be my chicken spot. I mean same prices as other places I've been to. The only chicken place that doesn't mess up like tacobell (no offence) but I had there K11 which was the Nashville hot tenders with fries and a biscuit. The chicken and fries was really fire which I can't complain about. The biscuit on the other hand..... What the hell did y'all do I first got it and you know and I thought it would be like churchs like smooth in stuff but when I grabbed it I thought I was holdin a huge chip of sum sort. I hit it onto my table and it was like those granola bars that get all over you. I was so disappointed. Just work on the biscuits.....I coulda got y'all 5 stars but the biscuit was a throw off.....but thanks for not messing me up like tacobell tho“
“Went on a weekday to try new menu items. Restaurant wasn't busy and every employee was very nice and welcoming. The food was fresh and very good. Tried all new menu items off of tik tok and it was worth it! I would highly recommend trying the new items at this location!“
