“First time in long time since I've been to a McD's. I wasn't thinking bout the time but I went during a busy through the drive thru. They were very efficient, fast, friendly & get this, my order was correct. ? Mind blown... &

“It's McDonald's you can't elaborate too much firs were hot and delicious like always hot and spicy chicken was perfection and big Mac was saucy and dripping as it should be. Icy cold drinks refreshing and tea was just sweet enough!! Employees were friendly and quick service with a smile!!
This location was pretty good everyone was doing their job and no one was yelling about anything my order was correct and hot and my drinks were filled with just enough ice, not watered down, but the best part about this location: it wasn't Bernalillo!!“

“This McDonalds has a play place. It is the only McDonald’s with a play place in the area. The play place is a really good one too.

Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options at McDonald’s are limited to fries and deserts.

Dietary restrictions: McDonald’s lists all their ingredients on the app. I have two children with food allergies and we have never had problems with cross contamination.

Parking: McDonald’s has its own parking lot. It is not very large and can fill up during busy times.

Kid-friendliness: This is the most kid friendly McDonald’s in the area because it has a play place.“

“Came 3 minutes before closing ( I know not very proud of being that person) and the staff was very sweet and got everything out to me correctly and even let me add something at the register. Lately employees at most McDonalds have been rude and could never get my order correct. While this location was very kind and gave me my order correct! Love the employees working on sat night sep 28!“

They did mess up one of the happy meal order by putting a burger instead of nuggets but it was a simple and easy fix.

The worker did seem a bit irritated about being at work or something but I get it.“

“These guys are blazing fast. I put in a mobile order while I was walking over from one block away. It was already done when I arrived.
Other than that it’s a normal McDonald’s.

Parking: I have never had trouble finding parking, but if it ever did run out it is adjacent to a huge strip mall parking lot and you could walk a little further.

Kid-friendliness: McDonald’s is generally kid friendly although this one does not have a play place.

Wheelchair accessibility: The whole store is on the first floor and wheelchair accessible.“

“I'm a frequent customer from between morning to noon time usually. Despite the location, which brings in bad company the majority of the time, it's not such a terrible store. They always maintain the lobby, I always get my food fresh and hot and they do their best to control those who bring unnecessary drama. Kudos to the team for being brave and holding their ground. Keep it up!“

“Isabel is awesome! I had been on the hunt for the elusive blue croc toy and I was sad that I couldn't find it. I finally got the bright idea to call the McDonald's on Alameda and Coors and they had one! Isabel put it on hold for me and I was able to get it. Thank you sooooo much for your awesomeness! “I have been going to this location for years. This crew has been really good for quite some time. There were some big pandemic stumbles but who didn’t have employee problems and labor shortages. Anyhow, this crew would be nearly impossible to beat. They have the fastest drive through I have witnessed. A few other close by ones are good but not quite this fast. I went to Wendy’s on Montgomery near Eubank and waited forever. I then appreciated this crew all the more. Great job, everyone.“

“I really like this location its close to where I live and for the most part is great service but I have noticed allt lately that in the evening around 645-650 there will be a rush not a big rush but a small one and one cooks and one person doing anything this is a business and managers need to step in when they are needed not to just stand and watch your a manager manage your store“

“These guys are heroes, the good service at this location made my day on Saturday! I was returning to ABQ from an out of town job, and I had stopped at another restaurant's drive thru. At that restaurant I had a bad experience so I got out of line (several other people did too). So I thought I'd try my favorite McDonalds, this one always has good service and friendly people. When I got to the drive thru, paid and received my order I realized I was charged for a different item than what I ordered. (At the time I thought the total sounded low but maybe it was a special). I told the employee at the window about the mistake and he gave me the item I originally wanted. I asked him if I needed to pay more and he said no. I was so thankful for his kindness! You rock, and everyone here is super amazing!“

“The only reason I conduct buisness at this location, despite, the normal customer service. Is because of one special employee, named, Evan! He made me feel like I was eating at the location located at academy. I'm heavily accquainted with corporate and management. He not only exceeds, but, meets our expectations. Vegetarian options: It was a fish fillet sandwich, with a large drink, and salad. The female associate was not compliant with my questions. She ignored my questions so I just wanted to get my order and I wanted to leave out of there fast. I felt uncomfortable. She ignored me. She was more consumers closing the lobby and get me out of there real quick.“

“I needed to stop somewhere to use my computer. This was a GREAT experience. The employees were ALL courteous. Best experience I have had at a McDonalds ever. I dropped my debit card and an employee ran it out to my car. Wow! Thank you to you all.“

“I prefer this McDonald's on Quail as opposed to the one just south of I40. I live closer to the one on I40 but drive all the way over the bridge to the one on Quail because the other one ALWAYS has homeless people hanging out around the drive thru window. The service is ALWAYS rude and slow. The food is overcooked or has been sitting out for long periods of time. Lastly, the inside of this McDonald's is disgusting. I recommend going to the McDonald's on Quail if you want excellent customer service, clean dining area, quick service with a smile, and food that is edible.“

“I only go to this McDonald's once a month. And each time they leave you standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. All their effort goes to the drive-thru. It's like it bothers them that you are there to spend your money. McDonald's is not what it used to be. But I guess everything is not like it used to be. I will not be going there again.“

“I actually really enjoy going to this McDonald's. The crew at both windows and the order takers are always extremely nice. I don't care what time of day or night it is they are always on top of everything and they get the Food out quickly and so far I can't complain. “Typically when I visit McDonalds, the service is good half the time and not so good the other half. Quite often too, items ive ordered are not provided so i always check my bag prior to driving away. This experience was one of the good ones.“

“I ordered through the McDonald's app in late June 2024. It was probably around 2 in the afternoon when I ordered. After pulling up to the speaker, I let the worker know I ordered through the app. When I pulled up to the window, my food was ready quick. The food tasted just like McDonald's food tastes. It was all a very quick and painless process. I probably wouldn't eat at McDonald's if it weren't for the app, but I sure like the freebies and discounts.

Vegetarian options: McDonald's is not really a good place for vegetarians unless there's a vegetarian salad on the menu. (I'm not sure if McDonald's still sells salads.) Last I heard the fries are not vegetarian.

Parking: The parking area on the side of the building is pretty small. There's not much parking for passenger vehicles here.

Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's. Kids love this place. They better be friendly to kids because kids made them a megacorporation .“

“The Food was good.
I went through the drive threw and ordered Two Large MCCrispy Chickens. I had to go in because they and I forgot to get my
2 Large Drinks at the window. I wish that I would have looked in the bag when I went into McDonald's to get my drinks because I was supposed to have 2 Large Fries. and I only had 1 Large Fry when I looked in the bag.

It was both of our responsibilities to make for sure everything was right.

The Manager deserves a 5 Star 🌟 though!
He was very friendly and got my Drinks for me when I went inside McDonald's.
I just wish I would have checked the bag.

The one thing that did bother me a lot though as I've not experienced this before in any McDonald's, is that their bathrooms were locked, one of the employees had to buzz me in, I was like: Ummm, wowwww. ?“

“Well are you ordering through your app Today, if so , don't forget the ice. If I were giving advise I suggest try ordering in the app actually it is very easy and simple. Included it helps the entire process go smoothly. Before it was paying with cash held up the line well now it's placing an order at the store people are already picking up and already have paid through the app and actually the app offers fantastic coupons deals and a lower price on items including deals you can't get ordering on site. Parking: The parking lot is basically in my opinion off limits to many hobos mooching and beggers overwhelming things and anything they can think of will ask for even the drive through has a stationed hobo like an English gaurd for donations or charity is a Givin if you don't make eye contact they won't bother you but one time sitting in the parking lot re updating my app for the dash platform in a dash my phone is not working amd back and forth I'm eager to get it updated minding my own business avoiding eye contact didn't work this homeboy comes up and interrupts me for what for what my gosh how rude some people are automatically a demonstration of what defective product was in the world I am grateful at least I can say No thankfully. Or I would fuckitoff and give it away right . They come out if nowhere like zombies.“

“I went on my way to school to get two fish sandwiches for dinner both came out and I literally can't even bite into the one on one of them neither one had tartar sauce and on top of that I don't have time to go back and get it fixed because I have school and the phone is not working there either so I can't even call to correct the situation. This is normally a great location not sure what happened. My wife came and got my food and went back for me and the management was awesome at helping correct the situation. Replacement food was great. Thank you!“

“Ordered a pair steak, egg and cheese bagels at the Drive thru, and just for the heck of it, a hash brown. Had to wait 10 minutes, but it was worth it !
