“We discovered Cafe Da Lat during Covid, getting the delicious vietnamese sandwiches and spring rolls to go, and have continued to explore the menu since. We have never had an order that disappointed in any way. The owners are wonderful, the dinning room is cool and comfortable and the food is always excellent. Whether you dine in or take it to go, service is fast, friendly, priced well and is dependably satisfying. What more could you ask for?“

“We all werent really hungry but wanted to try somewhere we havent been before yet. We came here an hour before closing and had a great experience. Staff were friendly and quick. Customer service was phenomenal. The owner is very friendly and personable. We really enjoyed talking to her and learning about how she cooked some of the food. No msg btw! Didnt take long for our food to come out either. We all enjoyed the food and want to come back asap. They have multiple locations so we want to check out the others too! “I think I found the best spot in town for Pho. The #1 spring rolls with shrimp was amazing. Flavorful and definitely made to order. The peanut sauce was so good, I could drink it.

The broth for the pho was flavorful, and perfect. It wasn't pipping hot either. It came out of the kitchen the perfect temperature. I'll definitely be coming back.“

He got our order to us right away & it was delicious, fresh & well prepared. “I love it. Unlike other Vietnamese restaurants, the name is easy to remember and there's a two page menu. Bugs me going through a 10 page menu with 10 items listed 100 times. we order their spring rolls on our way to Costco. They make them right in front of you. Tasty and delicious an at eight dollars and several options, This is a great alternative to grabbing a burger on the way home to Edgewood.“

“Of course I’ve had the pho but this time I ordered tofu spring rolls with peanut sauce. Super delicious, could eat about 4 of those. I usually get the chicken with veggie broth pho but was recommended the brisket with lemongrass broth next time. Will try.“

“I came here recently with my family and we all got the Bahn mi, I'll focus on the things i got though. I got a Korean BBQ fish (forgot what fish it was unfortunately) Banh mi and a flan, i tried the flan first, which was a really good flan, very smooth, not too strong on all the flavors except for the caramel, but it was easy to get around since it wasnt a big flan, really small actually (probably about 2.5-3inches in diameter), which I didn't mind.“

“I first ate at Pho’s #1 almost 20 years ago when I lived on the east side of Albuquerque. I live on the west side now but whenever I go across the Rio Grande, I get several orders and bring them home. Lovely people. Good service and excellent Vietnamese food at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.“

“My husband and I tried Pho Kobe today, and we are so glad we did! We recently relocated back to the area and were disappointed to find that our previous favorite pho restaurant had closed. After searching for a new spot, we came across Pho Kobe—and it exceeded our expectations.

The broth was hands down some of the best pho broth I’ve ever had. Rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The food was fresh, delicious, and everything came out quickly. On top of that, the service was fantastic. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home.
