We walked in to buffalo wild wings and 5 different employees passed us finally I ask one of the workers do we order up here and she said yeah and walked away then another girl asked if we had to go orders and we said no we just ended up walking out terrible terrible service. I'd advise others not to go here. 'Bubbas ' is up the street.
Our waitress was exceptional. Starl contrast to the normal ignore you cold feeling staff they have there normally. Dont remember her name. However she made us feel welcome was warm. Even sat down at eye level for my disabled veteran father. She showed class. Again while the others could have learned at thing or two on customer service.
Wife and I took our 3 grandsons to eat some wings and all the wings we ordered were dry, hard, and tasteless. The fries were not hot nor warm and looked as if they’ve been in the kitchen for quite a while…not fresh at all. The place was not busy either. The bathroom floor was dirty and very sticky and don’t think it’s been cleaned in a long time. Never again will we ever go to this place and definitely DO NOT recommend!! What a waste of a lot of money!
