“I decided to try a new local restaurant for breakfast today and had heard really good things about Mick's Chile Fix, and since I was looking for a good chile fix I decided to try it. This place is awesome. I ordered takeout but the diner was super quaint and comfortable, it looked like a fantastic place to have brunch and it smelled amazing! The little gift store they had on the side was super cute too. I ordered a regular sausage breakfast burrito smothered in red and the portions they gave me were absolutely massive. Definitely a 2-day breakfast. The red chile is really rich and flavorful, I'd say a medium heat with enough kick to make my nose run, and the meal was delicious. 12/10 would recommend to anyone looking to support a local Mom&Pop-style restaurant while getting Grade-A+ New Mexican food at the same time. Will have to try the rest of their menu.“

When a picky toddler eats enthusiastically and for the first time insists that her leftovers be saved for later, AND similarly picky adults inhale their dinner, there can be no higher praise! The taste reminded me, an "old fogey," of how restaurant food USED to taste... the old deliciousness that has been lost in most places. “I have lived in the area for four years and have never visited. I finally dropped in this week to order a sandwich. Unfortunately, they stop serving sandwiches after 5 PM. However, they were super gracious and offered me a generous sample of bread with delicious honey butter. I purchased their blue ribbon, blueberry coffee cake, which was reasonably priced as as well as delicious. It was frankly the best pastry I’ve ever had in the city. In addition to their friendly service and delicious bread and pastries, they also have a great selection of mustard, honey, as well as pancake mix and all sorts of other goodies. I will definitely be back for sandwiches at a reasonable hour. I highly recommend this place.“

“While visiting in ABQ a friend told me about this amazing spot. So many beautiful dishes I had a hard time making a choice of what I wanted but I went with the pancakes and they were delicious and I took home a few things too. The kitchen is PRISTINE and she separates the vegan food prep so no contamination for those that are strict. Lots of outside seating and just a great vibe“

“The waitstaff was great, as always. My fried chile strip appetizer was not that great. Cut too thin and over fried. My 5-Star Burger, which I order every time , was a disappointment. The tiny bacon pieces and cheese crumbles were stingy this time and basically just fell out onto the plate every time I picked up the burger. And, the rings of “fresh” onion were incredibly tough!“

We've tried to recreate it or find others like it in town, but it's just not the same. Luca is it. We'll come from WHEREVER we are in the city when the craving strikes and it's worth it every time. The young staff FOH could use a little polishing to nail excellent service, and the dining room feels a bit cramped at times, but overall it's a sweet little place that's great for an informal albeit slightly forgiving date night. He got our order to us right away & it was delicious, fresh & well prepared. “I love that they offer a summer reading program. Kids who read over 400 minutes a month can get a free buntlet for June and July.

My two kids were very determined to read every day to make sure they reached their goal and earned their cake.

This was our first time visiting. The store was setup beautifully. It was very welcoming and the staff was also kind and welcoming.

My kids chose confetti and lemon buntlets for thier rewards. They were good size where I could share a few bites and they still had plenty. The flavors were delicious! The cake was moist and the frosting was a good pairing.

“Lots of good choices on the menu. I got the samosas appetizer, which came with a choice of sauces. The garlic one was the best. They were really tasty and packed so full they were almost balls instead of triangles. For main course I got the Mediterrean plate with a side of dosa. The baba ghanoush,dosa and falafel were my favorite.“
