Chicharon red chili is my goto when I get a chance to visit Colorado. This time, it wasn't what I remembered. I have been visiting this location for 7 years now, and being a creature of habit, I get the same thing. And this time, i was a little bummed. But this is not hate mail. One mistake in 7 years time is a win. Just do me a favor and don't let recipes slip cause your food is fantastic. I will be back in a couple of weeks to try again, lol.
My husband and I have gone twice and each time the girls in the front have been friendly and they get your food out quickly and it's fresh. The perico's rancheros are sooo good! It's nice to have a place that actually has hot chile. I usually can't finish it all so having some the next day makes it even better. Will be back to try other items.

Insanely good chili cheese fries! I got mine with green chili and, unlike most places I’ve been to, the chili and cheese was layered throughout the whole thing, not just blobbed onto the top of a pile of fries.
