Very rude employee I had pushed the stall button waited for what seemed forever the button gets turned off so I pushed it again and they try to apologize and say they weren't taking orders at the stalls and I just wanted to order a drink and pay cash. This location is the worst yet they have better cups than the all the rest of sonics in town

we had placed an online order yesterday to get the banana pudding BLAST, when we got there the “blast” was almost all liquid like a shake that’s been sitting out for a little bit. my husband asked the girl car hop if she could remake it and she snatched it out of his hands and slammed the door open just to come back and give us a horrible attitude and bring us NOT A BLAST. we’re not unreasonable people either, if there was something wrong with the machine...read full review
A bit of a let down especially when staff was so friendly. Just want thisnto make sense. I understand the wait as they explained sausage will take a minute but with all that time and literally no on else coming here they couldn't just wrap the burrito correctly? Skip this joint there's a blakes on Candelaria heading east. Its the main establishment... excellence every time.

Sonic Drive-In offers a mix of experiences, as some find the service frustrating with long waits and order mix-ups. However, regular customers appreciate the personalized service and recommend trying their real fruit drinks and Blizzard blast truffle nut butter. The restaurant's cleanliness and functionality seem inconsistent, with ongoing renovation causing confusion and malfunctioning curb service kiosks creating inconvenience for customers.
