Starbucks in Albuquerque

“This is probably one of the best locations in the whole city. The food is top notch The service is incredible and every time we go through this drive-through or come inside everyone is always kind and attentive but not intrusive. The atmosphere is the best in town with the most comfortable furniture.“

I do ask if food items are available, the menu doesn't always reflect the stock.

All my orders have been correct.
And on the RARE occasion it's wrong, or not to my liking. It was remade, WITH A SMILE.

BEING SO CLOSE TO A TRANSPORTATION HUB.

The atmosphere is HARD to control.

“The last gentleman that took my order was really polite. He asked me how I was and most employees do but this gentleman did it with much happiness in his voice that he made me feel very good. I did let him know thank him for and to keep it up. Unfortunately I forgot his name.“

“Most of all the service and the atmosphere. Not all heroes wear capes , some of them wear green aprons and the drive-through headset. I stopped at this location today and the service that I received from Anna was 238%. Way above and beyond.“

“Friendly staff. There is lots of seating and lots of outlets. I was going in to do some work prior to an appointment that I had nearby and was glad to see so many outlets so I could have a choice of seating while still being able to plug my laptop in. Clean and would go back again.“

“I come to this location 4 days out of the week, same days every week. I love this location and the staff. Today I was a little discouraged. I always mobile order. I went into get my drink, I was waiting for one of my employees drinks since I was there she asked me to pick hers up. While waiting for hers, I dropped mine. Embarrassing.. yes.. but I felt awful! I know what a pain it is to be busy and have to stop what you’re doing to clean someone’s spilt drink. So I got napkins and started to clean it up, they said they’d get a mop and clean, to not bother with it but it was my fault, I wasn’t going to just stand there. I cleaned the majority of it up, just needed to be ran over with a mop for the stickiness and little that remained. I apologized and they were so sweet making me not feel as bad/embarrassed. I was discouraged because out of the 10 or so employees there, not one asked if they could re make it for me.. I know it was my fault and they shouldn’t have to, it’s just a little added customer service. I was already having a bad morning so I literally cried over spilt coffee lol it’s the perk to my morning so I was discouraged. But, thanks for being an awesome location! I appreciate you guys and your hard work!“

“From the second that I walked in it was great service. I don’t usually write reviews but the service here was so great that I felt that I needed to. Big shout out to employee “Josue” had a great smile with a positive attitude. I was able to tell he really enjoyed his job. Thank you for the great experience!“

“Great Starbucks location in a shopping mall near Albertsons and UPS as well as other shops. There was plenty of parking, including handicap parking spots. My mom enjoyed the green tea latte. They also sell hot tea like Emperor Cloud and Mist. They have packaged snacks such as Madeleines and Perfect Bars, including new flavor releases like Dark Chocolate Peppermint. They also had nice New Mexico mugs and Christmas cups on sale. There was plenty of seating and large tables. I was grateful for this location being open on Christmas to enjoy tea and conversation with family. The customer service was excellent!“

It's great coffee strong caffeine I like to come in and get mango dragon fruit with lemonade the one with water doesn't have a lot of flavor there's times I will occasionally ask for extra mango fruit which makes it a little bit darker in the color and if you're like me and enjoy a drink that looks a different color you'll love the drink try one“

“This is one of the 2 only starbucks that get my order just how I like it and it tastes amazing and not watered down like other locations around and they're pretty close to my house. I ordered their summer boba drink and it was so good I loved it. I also have had the dragonfruit drinks and they're made perfectly with good portions of extra dragonfruit it feels like it's worth the extra money“

“This team is a rock star. Yesterday after finding that my 14 year old daughter torn her ACL and needs surgery. Also, she is sad because her volleyball season is over. The only thing can cheer her up was going to Starbucks so we did. We left laughing and knowing she got this. I forgot my wallet as my mind is everywhere right now. “Service is always great, fast, and friendly. Whoever the guy is, that's always there, he's a rockstar. If he's a manager then he's a great one. Always helping out the other baristas, making drinks, taking orders, managing the line, and all of it all at once. The other lady who looks like a young Jennifer Coolidge is just as awesome too. Both are very sweet. Then the man who looks like Freddie Stroma is nice. I got frustrated that the other store didn't have their breakfast burritos. I ended up being snippy toward him when he was helping. I was mad at the lack of burritos and not Burqueno Spiderman. I hate Starbucks in general but this stores employees make this location the exception

“I accidentally ordered smalls (grande) instead of venti (mediums) the Starbucks sizing make me nervous and it was my fault for not knowing more specifically the sizes but I went back, explaining I ordered the wrong sizes and they replaced them for me! “I don't have to say how amazing this place is because if you've ever been here you already know it is spectacular. Today this location took it a step further and really did something special by providing one of the drinks in my order at no charge because of a really long wait. “Awesome as always. The only thing I sometimes have an issue with is that when you order a custom drink it is not always the same. For example I wanted to order the Carmel ribbon crunch which they offer on the menu as a frappe but I wanted it iced. You would think that that would be the same drink mix just over the ice instead of blending the ice in it, right? Well for some reason when I order it this way they seem to either say they can’t make it just over ice or the mixture is totally different each time. So not sure why this is, I would have thought it would be the exact same but the only difference being pressing the start button on the blender verses just pouring it in my cup. “This was my first visit to this particular Starbucks and I was very pleased. The line at the drive thru was at least 20 cars deep and went all through the Costco parking lot, so I went inside. I ordered my favorite hot Carmel Macchiato and I tried the Bacon, Egg & Gouda breakfast sandwich. I've ordered sandwiches from Starbucks before, but for the price, I found them unremarkable. The coffee was great as usual, but of all the sandwiches I've had, this one was by far the freshest, hottest and tastiest. The staff was very quick and efficient and seemed much more organized at this store. I was inside for no more than 5 minutes, and when I came out, the drive thru line had about 6 cars left...very impressive!! Will go back to this Starbucks again!“

“I was a bit grumpy with the cashier yesterday when I went to pick up a large breakfast order for work. I'd sent an employee to get it and she said they told her they didn't have the order, so I'd made a special trip. Well, the employee told me she was at the Starbucks at Montgomery and Juan Tabo...but when asked later she said Montgomery and Wyoming! I've been full of guilt ever since and owe their awesome team 5 stars! The hot breakfast items were enjoyed by all.“

“This Starbucks is inside of a Target. The staff was super friendly to me and my service dog. I came in to get the New Mexico “Been There Series” coffee mug and they had it in stock. Usually I have to go to 2-3 Starbucks locations to find these so I was happy. First try go :-)“

“The line was long when I pulled into the parking lot, but it went really fast. I noticed a car arrive after me, park, walk up order and leave while I had moved one car length. So for those of you who are not as lazy as me, skip the line, walk up and get on your way quickly. I've stopped at many Starbucks and competitors (those who must not be named) and this location was among the MOST efficient. If this one is on your way, it's the one to stop at. I've never been a coffee fan but they have so many selections for those who don't like coffee. This Starbucks even stays open later than most Starbucks! “Great food and coffee, looked fully staffed but workers sometimes barely quietly said people's names to get their orders. And alot of people were waiting a long time for orders. They had delivery orders and walk in orders and app orders all over the counter with disregard to the letter of the name of the order. I.e the counter had letters a thru z and the drinks/ orders were being randomly put where ever. This place needs a Manager that puts the orders in place at the counter to deliver orders and better announcement of names at the done counter. Thanks.“

Just made the whole experience a little different scene that most locations are very welcoming and have a very welcoming tone.“

I ordered a venti Java chip frappuccino because it was a hot day and I wanted something to cool off with. The drink hit just right. Starbucks is great because I get a consistent product almost everywhere I go. I don't have to guess about what I'm going to get or wonder whether I will like it.
