“The staff at the store in Albuquerque, NM, on Alameda and Washingtinon, Nov. 10 at 2:30 p.m. saved me from a very stressful situation with such kindness and grace, and I'm so grateful to them. I wish I knew their names so I could write their store owner to tell them how awesome they are. Thank you so much, for rescuing me from car trouble in your drive-thru line. Thank you, thank you, a million times, thank you! You are my heros today, and I can't thank you enough.“

“The staff here are always super friendly and make every visit a great one, which I really appreciate since I work remotely and don’t get much face-to-face interaction during the day anymore. They’re also always nice to my dog and foster pups. Many thanks to the whole team and the managers for always being awesome 🖤“

“I don't have to say how amazing this place is because if you've ever been here you already know it is spectacular. Today this location took it a step further and really did something special by providing one of the drinks in my order at no charge because of a really long wait. I wasn't upset by the wait, but pleasantly surprised by the kind gesture.“

“The last gentleman that took my order was really polite. He asked me how I was and most employees do but this gentleman did it with much happiness in his voice that he made me feel very good. I did let him know thank him for and to keep it up. Unfortunately I forgot his name.“

“This is the closest Starbucks to my home and they are the best! I have never waited more then 2 mins in the drive thru even during rush hour and my drinks are always made correctly, I genuinely love this Starbucks their so friendly and efficient, anyone who says different must be dramatic because this location is the only one that I will go too.“

“I specifically order (4) triple shots of espresso in trenta cups twice a week (unless I’m traveling). This saves me time bc I religiously have a triple shot of espresso with a protein shake EVERY DAY. I love this location because they NEVER refuse to give me my espresso in trenta cups and 99.9% of the time they know exactly what I am going to order. Other locations will blatantly argue with me and say they will only provide venti cups. I then have to order 4 unnecessary trenta cups of ice water. I can’t thank this Starbucks locations baristas enough for ALWAYS providing EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH A SMILE!“

“My favorite Starbucks by far. Gibson location always gets my matcha right! Every time I go to a different location the matcha is clumpy and nasty like they don’t put love into making it. But Gibson gets it right every time👏 also Gibson’s staff is amazing and always welcoming. Good job & thank you guys!!“

“Awesome as always. The only thing I sometimes have an issue with is that when you order a custom drink it is not always the same. For example I wanted to order the Carmel ribbon crunch which they offer on the menu as a frappe but I wanted it iced. You would think that that would be the same drink mix just over the ice instead of blending the ice in it, right? Well for some reason when I order it this way they seem to either say they can’t make it just over ice or the mixture is totally different each time. So not sure why this is, I would have thought it would be the exact same but the only difference being pressing the start button on the blender verses just pouring it in my cup. It beats me but otherwise always amazing.“

“This place warmed up our souls we pulled up to the drive-through is my daughter's 10th birthday. She was dying to get Starbucks so I found a Starbucks ordered a drink for my daughter. I was just saying it's for my daughter's birthday was not expecting what they gave. They gave my daughter cool awesome drink, and wrote happy birthday on the drink and gave it to us for free. “Service is always great, fast, and friendly. Whoever the guy is, that's always there, he's a rockstar. If he's a manager then he's a great one. Always helping out the other baristas, making drinks, taking orders, managing the line, and all of it all at once. The other lady who looks like a young Jennifer Coolidge is just as awesome too. Both are very sweet. Then the man who looks like Freddie Stroma is nice. I got frustrated that the other store didn't have their breakfast burritos. I ended up being snippy toward him when he was helping. I was mad at the lack of burritos and not Burqueno Spiderman. I hate Starbucks in general but this stores employees make this location the exception

“My sister and I had a great experience at your Starbucks. We were traveling from Texas to Washington and it was nice to see friendly faces and great service. We have been to many Starbucks since we used to work at Starbucks and your starbucks is within the top five“

“What do you all want to know about Starbucks. It's great coffee strong caffeine I like to come in and get mango dragon fruit with lemonade the one with water doesn't have a lot of flavor there's times I will occasionally ask for extra mango fruit which makes it a little bit darker in the color and if you're like me and enjoy a drink that looks a different color you'll love the drink try one“

“Starbucks is amazing. I prefer local cafes and restaurants but Starbucks is always there. I is open way early and the orders get out quickly no matter how busy they get. I also get Delta Airlines Frequent Flyer Rewards Points when I rel8ad my card that is connected to online ordering. Oh, and the grilled cheeses are actually really good.“

“Great Starbucks location in a shopping mall near Albertsons and UPS as well as other shops. There was plenty of parking, including handicap parking spots. My mom enjoyed the green tea latte. They also sell hot tea like Emperor Cloud and Mist. They have packaged snacks such as Madeleines and Perfect Bars, including new flavor releases like Dark Chocolate Peppermint. They also had nice New Mexico mugs and Christmas cups on sale. There was plenty of seating and large tables. I was grateful for this location being open on Christmas to enjoy tea and conversation with family. The customer service was excellent!“

“I used to do my homework here on a weekly basis and the staff is so kind and welcoming. This location is very chill and seems like a small coffee shop which I love. “The young lady working there on Tuesday afternoon (veterans day) was amazing! I ordered a mocha but they were out so she offered a white mocha and even assured me if I didn't like it to let her know. It was the best drink I've gotten at Starbucks in a while! “I ordered a turkey bacon sandwich, and caramel macchiato with oat milk and 5 shots. It was THAT kind of morning for me. :p

I stopped on the way to the dog park with my pup, and we were very pleasantly helped by an employee named Liza. She assured me, “oh I ALWAYS have time for a pup cup!” She was so warm towards my dog.

The entire appearance of the atmosphere of this store— and the appearance of our barista— was clean and warm and welcoming. It looked moderd and chic.

It was a really nice interaction with her this morning. I noticed how big and open the store was because the large windows. They can nice mugs displayed of Albuquerque themed decor on them. I noticed it, and put in the back of my mind for a gift later on.“

“I accidentally ordered smalls (grande) instead of venti (mediums) the Starbucks sizing make me nervous and it was my fault for not knowing more specifically the sizes but I went back, explaining I ordered the wrong sizes and they replaced them for me! Vegetarian options: They have a pretty good amount of food that is vegetarian then most places that worked with my wife

Kid-friendliness: They are super friendly to kids and give free stickers at this location to my kids and they love them“

“The most beautiful staff just made my day! I ordered from my regular Starbucks earlier and my coffee was missing the flavoring. Too late to fix it since I was on the freeway. I came to this Starbucks to ask to purchase syrup flavor and they went 5 steps further by offering to make me a new, correct cup!!! So kind and thoughtful!!! They definitely did not have to do that but I so appreciate it! I even got a sweet note on my cup. : ) Thank you! Made my day!!“

“Dine-in, Iced coffee. This place has the weirdest way of getting in and out. Google maps will take you BEHIND the Costco, like in the alleyway behind the building...bizarre. West Side traffic always...so good luck getting out of this maze intact. The store was nice though and the people in the place were friendly.“

Probably much like my spelling of the word describing the type of shot.This is a common mistake (the blending not the spelling) and generally only yields 3 stars BUT! it’s a pretty darn good drink because all the other measurements are correct and there was no whip.“

“I go here all the time cause it’s near the MVD. Super quick workers even when its busy. It was packed today and I still got my drink and food minutes later. I quite like this store. My daughter had career day for school and wanted to be a Starbucks barista so i went in asking for something she could use to make her outfit expecting to get no for an answer. “This Starbucks is consistently fast and friendly, which is all you can really ask from one. They never mess up my sometimes-complicated drinks, and regularly recommend good food pairings. My only complaint is sometimes the parking lot/drive thru gets backed up, but that isn’t really the stores fault.
