“I was visiting New Mexico and went to the Range Cafe twice in my short stay. Both experiences were nothing short of perfect. The food was the best ive ever had and my server (Elizabeth?) was one of the best servers ive ever had. Just an incredible place that I could not recommend more. And dont forget the deserts!“

“The Range Cafe is beyond cute...it is adorable in a kitschy way. There is art everywhere along with some amazing bronze sculptures...really impressive. Anyway, the food is the main event. We liked our experience so much that we came back a couple of days later. The first time around: I ordered the Huevos Rancheros with sunny-side-up eggs...which were perfectly cooked. Drew had the cheese enchiladas...which he enjoyed. We shared an order of their Blue Corn Blueberry Pancakes...OMG!!! These pancakes were amazing...filled and topped with fresh blueberries and also topped with pinons...to die for. The service is excellent as is the food. As I said prior...we liked The Range Cafe so much that we came back a couple of days later. For that experience I had the Veggie Omelette...which I wolfed down and finished every-single-delish-bite. Drew had the Huevos Rancheros which he said was excellent. And, yes of course we shared an order of their delish Blue Corn Blueberry Pancakes...yes, to die for. Your tastebuds will burst with joy. The food...the service...the atmosphere is awesome.“

“This was our first time entering the bakery while my family and I were exploring more of los Ranchos and it was very friendly and as soon as you walk in the smell is what hits you first. Sweet, small, & full of love and heart with each item. The staff was very friendly and informative to welcome you with respect & excitement. “Had a mediocre experience here over a decade ago and just rarely thought to go back, but we were craving pasta today, and Joe’s Pasta definitely changed (though the food is the same deliciousness as before!) Our waiter Hugo made the experience today so amazing! He was so sweet and cheerful. It’s lovely to see someone who loves their job and the place they work. Drinks were never empty, dirty plates never left on the table, and we took home two desserts at his recommendation. We will be back!!“

“This place was incredible. In the day this location seems to be like a café, but in the evening for dinner, this place turns into a nice intimate restaurant. 10 out of 10 for the drinks. Nine out of 10 for the food. Perfect place for a date night or simply having a good time. Definitely would come back. Highly recommend a reservation. Also in a cute part of town.“

“I ordered online for pickup the shortbread cherry cookies they tasted amazing and I wish I could smell them all day everyday probably the best cookies I ever had 😍 I will definitely be back to try other flavors, I was bummed out a little because the lady who gave me my order wasn’t very friendly maybe she was just having a bad day or something 🤷🏽‍♀️“

“Flying star has a special place in my heart since high school when it used to be double rainbow. They have the best desserts and whenever I come back to Albuquerque, it’s a definite treat. I even signed up for their loyalty program. I love throughout the years that they maintained a staff that is always super down to earth and cordial tonight I picked up some desserts to go and the attentive young fellow noticed that there had been an error and fixed it right away. Not that they’ve ever gotten any of my orders wrong but I appreciated his attentiveness as I would’ve been super bummed to have received the wrong item. I do miss the wider variety of cakes that they used to have in the past, but they also did add some stellar new desserts, particularly the strawberry rhubarb because there’s no other place in the country where I’ve had a pie that’s managed to master keeping the rhubarb. I don’t know how to explain it al dente and it’s awesome. I don’t even know where the hell they find fresh rhubarb this time of year! Oh my God it still.“

“Updating my review as I just dropped in again and it looks much better kept and there was a very lovely man greeting people who was also acting as cashier and dropping food off. It wasn't too busy so that worked as it was an off hour between normal lunch and dinner service. I'm still not thrilled with the food but it was ok.“

“Celebrating an 80th Birthday. Everyone's food was good except for the Birthday guy. Huevos Rancheros had very little taste and the eggs were too mixed up in meat. Would not have ordered meat if he'd known that. Meal was disappointing for him. The dessert Flan was a nice gesture.“
