“I love the food but I wish they put their actual hours. I've gone 3 times in the middle of the day and they've been closed every single time, online it says 5am-7pm, this is not true, they close at 2pm. Unfortunately for me I didn't know this and their hours in real life are in Spanish and the hours on Google are incorrect. Would love to eat here more often it sucks theyre closed that early.“

“We loved the Cavern but this is a review of the gift shop. We bought 5 t shirts and I wear a XXL normally with no issue. The XXL we got from here was more like a Large. The shirts run extremely small. This was not the only one that ran this small. I would try them on before buying. We are so disappointed since 3 shirts don’t fit at all. Had to give them to our son.
Edit: The gift shop did contact me regarding the shirt sizes and did what they could to make the situation right.“

“Our first time today. We had a super lunch. Started out with the tea being fresh. Salsa and chips were tasty, not too spicy, shrimp tacos, perfectly balanced with a nice slaw and avacado. Pork asado extremely flavorful yet not too hot! Will definitely go back again!“

“I usually get tacos here for lunch. My wife and I love them because they are not greasy. Made to order while you wait for them. Of course the shell is pre-made, as are the rest of the ingredients which make for a fast turnaround time. This time I went to get nopales and corn chips. I ended up skipping the nopales because they were old and had dark spots on them. So I only got the chips.“

Great local place to check out as we were visiting Carlsbad...just as it was 25 years ago when we went through Carlsbad the first time!

“I'd never eaten here before, but my mom was in the mood for a burger (I'm ALWAYS in the mood for a burger). The menu was easy to read and understand. I can't believe they have Tostadas as a side! 👀
We ordered our food and drinks, one of them being the sampler, which comes w/ onion rings, fried mushrooms, fried pickles, and mozz sticks, and jalapeño poppers. The friendly gentleman who took our order came out to the car to tell us they were out of onion rings, but would sub w/whatever else we wanted. I opted for more mushrooms. 😋 The drinks are perfectly mixed, everything came exactly as ordered, and the food was delicious.
Will DEFINITELY be coming back for more.“

“This is literally the best taste in tacos. You will find in Carlsbad. I like to get the Carney Asada mini tacos. Not a lot of gristle and fat in the meat just enough a flavor. The tortillas has got a very clean taste to it. I had a little bit of lime to each taco with some of her green salsa. Amazing flavor and it doesn’t make my belly swell. Topped off with the ice cold Mexican Coke.“

“Taco Bell is always great however with this experience my daughter and I had ordered some cinnamon twist and they tasted as if the oil had been sitting there for months and months and months and months and months and it was just awful we had to return the items and luckily we went to the other Taco Bell to get cinnamon twists and they were just fine“
