“We found ourselves in Chama for a rest stop, I ordered 2 tacos with eggs, potatoes and cheese. Something so simple was great and filling. After mulling over the salsa bar and hoping it would not be too hot, the green sauce was nice on the tacos. We also ordered an agua fresca, watermelon, it was refreshing on a hot day. Service was nice and efficient.“
